Let's see if we can get through a match against Charlton without conceding five times...
Really looking forward to this after all the nonsense of the last week. Can't wait to judge the quality of the new signings and see how far we've come over the summer. I can't make it today but will hopefully be following on the radio.

We never win (well rarely) on the opening day of the season, so not really expecting too much. Would be nice not to lose 4-1 or 5-1 for that matter against Charlton.

Guess Sweeney signed too late?? League debut for Broadbent? Apparently they were signed in time. I guess maybe DC has worked with this line up in training, assuming Sweeney wouldnt be here. Nice to see Broadbent start and hopefully he makes it difficult for Sweeney to come in |

According to Facebook, 4-3-3 tight midfield trio with wide wingers in support of lone striker Harrison.
Interesting to see new boys Broadbent, Sercombe and Smith starting but no Sweeney and Nicholls benched. Impact sub if things aren't working with half an hour to play?

Watching on iFollow. Great tool for us expats.
- ball didn't look to have crossed the line from main camera
- beard doesn't look great at RB
- Ellis average. Not sure if he is meant to play off last man or hold it up.
- Charlton wide forwards are quicker to the ball everytime, look tricky and eager to always pass our first man
- Nicholls and Ellis need to play off each other more. They are playing their own games in the first half
