I think personally one of the main issues that the board currently has in the lack of accessibility. If you're the man/woman on the terrace how can you have a chat with them? How can you bounce ideas off of them? On a match day would it do them any harm to take a walk around the bars? Get to know their customers?

Don't the fans reps do that already, who are on the board? BSS may be criticised at times, but he seems to be accessible. Not so sure about Mr Masters. Although BSS's interaction on online forums seems to have ceased to a degree.
I dont think the issue is 'walking the floor'. I think it is fundamentally an issue of being 'open' to ideas from other quarters. The retail initiative was a good idea, and Barry seems to have engaged, but it seems to have dead a death and passed into Barry knows best based on his alleged extensive retail contacts (his contact in Burm) and fashion knowledge.
Also Nick always comes across as highly defensive. Asking a question does always imply someone thinks you are wrong. His natural stance is to go into defence mode.

Please no discussion on how well the 'fans' directors' represent the fans or provide feedback - they are toothless and practically pointless, though maybe not of their doing. We've been round the block many times on this.

What happened to the open question evenings they were going to hold on a regular basis?

Sadly our FD's have been notably silent this week, whilst NH has made an announcement to he press nothing really has been directed to the fans. All we know is we can't apparently survive at the Mem but there seems no Plan B for financing the UWE anyway.

He was in the bar and on the terrace, not hiding away from Gasheads!!!!!!
To put the record straight, BSS and KM are available at every home game I have been too and it is wrong to suggest otherwise.

With all due respect to BSS and KM I mean decision makers.

With all due respect to BSS and KM I mean decision makers. OK, you did not say in your original comment that you do not consider BSS and KM to be full members of the Board.
I wonder if Man Utd, Man City, Arsenal and Chelsea directors go out of their way on a match day to engage with their fans.
I'd love to see Roman Abramovich doing a walk around.

Are they all heroically unsuccessful?

As I said, decision makers.
As for the directors of the clubs mentioned above see Stu's reply.

I can see the HA is alive and kicking today What's the Hidden Agenda Henbury? It seems to just be a phrase you trot out regularly for your own amusement. It doesn't mean anything.

What is the Hidden Agenda? It supposed to be Bristolian. Some say their members were Welsh. Nobody believed it was real, especially the board. Nobody ever saw it or knew anybody that ever worked directly for it, but to hear Henbury tell it, anybody could have worked for the Hidden Agenda (apart from him and his contact at South Gloucs planning department). You never knew. That was its power. It was hidden you see, the Agenda.

Easy answer to that, the Hidden Agenda is as explainable as Henburys Plan B, we don't know what it is yet, I think the reasoning behind why we don't know is that Henbury doesn't know himself.
