Is this it? I saw it on another thread earlier. (Had to chuckle at the BB bit - trying to decide if he's really that thick or if he was hoping to get NH into bother.)
"Nick was at the game last night and spoke to a few of us before the game in the bar.
He has recovered from the decision and has had discussions with his legal team and appears to be of a mind to appeal the decision. He appears bullish in the clubs chances but all I will say is that if his legal team are so confident, perhaps they will mount a no win/no fee appeal. He did tell us that Sainsbury would not be able to give any evidence in any such appeal and there are two points of appeal and we only need to win one of those points to overturn the verdict in our favour. Perhaps, a fellow Gashead who was also present could confirm the finer details.
Nick confirmed he was told the decision on Friday but could not discuss this with anyone for fear of a short spell in the slammer for contempt of Court. * s * He found it particularly difficult on Saturday when he was sat next to BB at Salisbury as BB was asking a lot of questions"

Chairmen and egotism go hand in hand, very rare you get an owner wanting to mingle with the fans! What do we know!?

Given we all knew Nick probably knew the decision, it's provided for in the Civil Procedure Rules, on Friday, BB must not have been the sharpish tool in the cutlery cabinet on Saturday. If I had been Nick I would just told to shut up, mind that may have given the game away and of course BB doesn't do the internet so would not have the imparted wisdom of us internet warriors.

I demand 100% access to the board at all times. I also demand a full set of multi-coloured marker pens and one of those adjustable tri-pod thingies. Have I misunderstood this thread?
