Just finished decontaminating my eyes after having a read of the C*ty forum. They have a 320+ page thread on us. I always knew they were so obsessed with us.

They're just laughing at us.
If roles were reversed do you think we wouldn't be gloating and having a laugh at their expense if they were now Non-League?
Cast yourself back to that rediculous Oh Yes thread on the old OF, that has come back to bite us in the ass big time.
In the s**theads eyes we are just the gift that keeps on giving.
We need to sort ourselves out and then hopefully in the not too distant future we can have a little brag back at them, here's hoping, eh?

It is amazing that they are on the verge of the championship and yet they are worried about little old bristol rovers of non league!

The amount of times I've heard my Sheedhead mates say 'we don't matter anymore' & 'we aren't rivals' etc....just remember that if we drew eachother home/away in the FA Cup next season, it'll be a complete sell out & the usual hype and pre/post match naughty stuff will dominate the media for the following weeks. They would love to play us competitively again and each n every one of them know it  |

They're always chearing on Barnet and whoever we're playing on there. Just because we are s**t doesn't mean they have to come more obsessed with us. If they was mid table or something then maybe I'd understand but when they're having their best season in years and all they can talk about is a ' meaningless non league club ' it's quite pathetic. You do get the odd ted reply on that thread and say its a bit cringey and obsessive now, but not many.

The problem with threads like this is that there is a touch of: "I was looking back to see, if you were looking back at me, to see me looking back at you."
I even feel guilty having contributed to it! At least it was near the top though, so not like I'm bumping it. :-)

PS - i do like the look of their new stadium - not jealous at all because ours will look a lot better

I heard Lansdown on the cutting edge show subs bench last week talking about Bristol Sport, surely you mean them don't you?
I think we should refer to them as that as it's only a matter of time before the weasle faced turncoat renames them, may as well get used to it now eh!

The truth is we are rivals. Always have been, always will be.
After seeking results that directly concern us, I look for theirs. I'm sure a vast majority of them do vice-versa.
It's healthy.
Obsession though....that's a different matter!
