Having to compare the club to mighty Barnet? That says it all. Why not? At the moment they are our closest rivals. Yep!

Having to compare the club to mighty Barnet? That says it all. Once it was losing to Spurs now Barnet where did it all go wrong? When you think of the money in English league football now (with the likes of Swansea & Stoke in the top 30 richest clubs in the World) you do wonder if the old Greyhound Company got it right forcing us out of Eastville without lining up a new stadium. Although our present BoD then, it seems, got it hopelessly wrong by not just re-developing the Mem stand by stand.

As a reality check, we could find ourselves in third place, 8 points behind Barnet by 5pm tomorrow.

Historically we were as big as Swansea if not bigger but Stoke are wey ahead of 82 (and always have been) let alone us. But I agree it shows what we could have achieved AND HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO ACHIEVE if we had a competetent board of directors .

As a reality check, we could find ourselves in third place, 8 points behind Barnet by 5pm tomorrow. with a game in hand against 15th place Braintree Town, who have lost all 8 away games to teams higher in the table than themselves.
