not on their guide they don't. Gateshead is 11,800 and Shay is 10,561. And before anyone says that the Mem can't reach full capacity due to segregation, then surely that could be said for many grounds, possibly including Gateshead's, and would be comparing apples to oranges. Gateshead's is an all seater athletics stadium and wouldn't lose anything through segregation. you sound like a dog with a bone. of course seating loses capacity through segregation. Have you honestly never been to a match with netting over loads of seats. Try sitting there.

Remembering Eastleigh away, the staff in the local boozer (The Cricketers Arms?) were going potty because they said the club should have let them know how many away fans were coming so they could have brought in extra staff. Perhaps a few phone calls to the pubs near the ground?

Perhaps a few phone calls to the pubs near the ground? Now that was a joke! Club and police sending every away fan to that one and only boozer, without actually notifying the pub! They were expecting just another quiet Tuesday evening. It was carnage in there!

There's no tube station near the pub so you won't be going underground
