Fact Hunt has a horrible record in recent years bar the odd purple patch. 2010 - Sacked by The s***. 2011 - Sacked by Peterborough after less than a year. 2011 - Sacked by Northampton after nearly relegating them. 2013 - Yeovil promoted. 2014 - Yeovil relegated. 2015 - Yeovil bottom of League 1. He's not the messiah, he's a disgusting, repugnant, cockney, gout sufferer. I hear he speaks very highly of you though

If I was Chairman...........I would be brave now and pay off Mr D C and get Gary Johnson in next week. Give him the funds to bring in at least 4 players and we would be as quaranteed as we ever could be of getting promotion. Also we would have a good team for div 2 next year. Keep DC and we will keep struggling with players who simply are not good enough and with a manager who simply is unable to bring in the quality players we need. Even if we did somehow get up with DC this squad is nowhere near good enough to do anything other than struggle in league 2. Sorry rose tinters if the truth hurts. UTG. well at the moment he's doing a mighty fine job of getting Yeovil back to where he brought them from.........non - league

It's currently difficult to understand why we would want to swap managers with Yeovil as their current manager looks to be heading for the sack unless he turns things around very quickly. I think I'll prefer to stick with who we have thank you, we've changed managers to often recently with disatrous results !

If we had the money I would be looking to sign Luke Young Torquay Matt Tubbs Bournemouth and either LDV on Loan or Keanu Marsh from Barnet. Unfortunately I think we will have to well lower our expectations. (My words not PB!!!)

He's got 15 goals in the Football League by January and he's on Bournemouth money. I'd be astonished if we managed to get him, and incredulous if he wanted to drop down.

Depends how an 'incredible' offer by AFCW compares with a bog standard one from whoever else. They're not exactly loaded

Surely it all depends what we can offer and what prospects we can offer him in the future. The Dons were only suggesting last week they couldn't compete with us some doubt that's changed in a week?
If we can offer him, say £2,000 p.w. plus evidence the UWE will be built & we're looking to become an established Div 1 side then that maybe enough to convince him we offer him better prospects that the Dons who are only ever going to be an average Div 2 side.
Although signing Tubbs is not the only option in any event.

I really hope BRFC have the ability to attract Matt Tubbs; if Rovers are serious about new grounds and promotions, then now is the time to bring in players who could gets us out of Division 2. IMO the current team is average at best, there are a number of teams who could finish in the play off places, and we are one of them, if Box 1 do not invest in the team now, then teams like Eastliegh will finish above us. utg

He's been offered a three year deal so if he comes it will be for the wrong reason. Why else would a player drop out of the football league.
