If Mildenhall is injured/sent off and there is no goalie on the bench (like yesterday)?
I know I should know this, because I think it's happened - but I can't remember.

I seem to remember Lee Brown saying that he has played in goal during his youth team days.
Could be wrong though.

Because of the importance of this one game tomorrow night I think Preston will be on the bench. It is a must win game in the context of a 14 point gap even with a game in hand would be a big gap and if it was caused by Mildenhall being sent off or injured Clarke would leave himself wide open to criticism.

Clarke would leave himself wide open to criticism. 2 wins in the last 9 League games, against: Eastleigh Dover Dartford Aldershot Forest Green Rovers Telford Alfreton Kidderminster Chester. Nothing there to criticise.

and for a bit more balance if we can be top 6 whilst scoring hardly any goals per game, if we can correct that 1 failing (not all forwards fault by the way-midfield assists are poor too) lord knows where we could finish.
Key for me is how long Martin Allen stays at Barnet.

Nothing there to criticise. and one defeat in 14 , just for a bit of balance Which means that Bristol Rovers can't put out a team capable of beating: Chester (6th tier club with a 6th tier budget) Kidderminster Alfreton Forest Green Rovers Aldershot Dover Eastleigh. As long as people make happy sounds about the dross we are being served, Clarke and Higgs will keep scratching their heads and wondering how on earth they are getting away with it. Edit. I would swap Martin Allen being as mad as a bucket full of frogs with ADHD for the 11 points and 25 better goal difference that Barnet have over us. We should have been on the phone to him whilst Clarke was still crying in the car park.

Er - has anyone got any answers to my OP?
Best I've had is that it might be Lee Brown.

I've checked with Mark McGhee and he's confirmed it's Adam Virgo.

Can we get Steve Phillips in as a temporary replacement as he is local?

Is Bob Wilson still registered?
... I did find it strange to hear Macca say on interview after the game that he didn't expect it; you'd have thought that in not naming a substitute goalkeeper there would be a plan in case your 'keeper gets injured during the game.

That's why I asked the question in the first place.
I've always felt that going in to a match without a goalkeeper on the bench was tempting fate somewhat.

Can we get Steve Phillips in as a temporary replacement as he is local? Steve Phillips applied for the deputy head green keeper position at the Centurion Hotel - Fosseway Golf Course. He would have got the job only the present incumbent decided not to leave.
