Should have been on from the start. Never understand why players are brought in on loan and not played. We seem to do that a lot. Saving him for the league I'd say mate that's were we want him I sincerely hope so. See what happens Tuesday.

What the ****, I can not believe Clarke played with Taylor and Brunt; then brings on Cunnington, what is it he does not understand, these players "do not score goals" and are not good enough, fact, how much longer do we have to put up with this nonsense.

Perhaps he brought them on as they are the only strikers he's got, or am I'm missing something?

Think we had two game changers on the bench (Della-Verde and Harrison) but did not use them to their full potential. On the other hand not being in the cup is not too big a deal for me. See what happens on Tuesday.

Never like to see rovers lose but if I'm honest I'm glad we are out of this competition. We need to just think about the league and only the league and the FA cup and FA vase we can do without so come on gas lets get 3 points Tuesday and focus on what really matters! We're not even in the Vase? But a trip to Wembley in the Trophy could be just as influential as a trip to Cardiff in our promotion season.

Really is bizarre how non scoring strikers are selected.White obviously not considered and in fairness to DC we have no alternatives in the current squad but then it's his squad so he makes the decisions even though our forwards are seemingly incapable of finding the net.Marcus your'e on Tuesday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

See what happens on Tuesday. we need the money. a replay would have made some cash (haven't had a home game for 21 days!), and if we won that we could have had a decent pay-day in 2nd round. we 'only' have 3 midweek games before new year, and 1st FA Tropht match has a saturday set aside, so we could have handled another game or to I think.

We seriously need a new striker ASAP Welcome to the ''We Need A New Striker Club,'' milesy. But my serious question to you is, what took you so long to arrive at that conclusion? At the risk of repeating myself/ourselves, we have needed a new striker for several seasons now. That fact alone is the major reason that we were relegated from the Football League, surely? And still we dither and prevaricate, whilst continually making excuses as to why we cannot attract the services of a seasoned and competent goalscorer. And of course any chances of attracting other decent players is clearly diminished, because who on earth would want to associate themselves with such a lacklustre outfit as ours? It seems like a continuing downward spiral to me. But there is money available within the budget we are continually told by both the manager and chairman, and has been available to the past three managers at least, but of all the players that could be available to us we have attracted virtually nobody of any note (no disrespect intended to any of our present strikeforce). But interestingly we have signed several players that have not only proved to be a complete and utter waste of money (due to injury and lack of application), but we have been forced to pay them even more money to go away and play for some other club. I don't want to re-visit our last relegation, but it was a comedy of errors surely? It really is enough to reduce a grown man to tears, either that or I should continue to be patient.

Brunt now been on the pitch 9 hours without a goal, and by the sounds of it today and from the reports from York he's not even looked like scoring. Hopefully someone at the club will see sense and look to settle up his contract because he is not giving value for money for what we are paying him.

Anyway, it's all the manager fault again, let's sack him and make it 9 in 4 years, I mean he has now lost 3 games in 17 matches, it's a disgrace, he doesn't know what he's doing, Clarke out! BRFC run by clowns and supported by a minority of clowns!!!

Having said that I'm not altogether surprised, taking into account the trimming of the budget by releasing the majority of last years big earners, and replacing them with lesser earners on mostly shorter contracts. Then there is the continuing good attendances at home matches, which equates to not much reduction in income. I'm quite certain that there are more factors involved that I haven't accounted for (like the parachute payment?), but I'm quite confident that someone will remind me.

It's a serious question 'cos I'd love to know.
