Would you have him back ? Personally I'd say yes as I think he could do a job at this level if he was fit , but looks like he has not had a club since being released from Wycombe w""kers

No, definitely not, but this a wind-up surely? We may be in desperate need at the minute, but there is surely a lower limit as to what we are in need of. My advice to DC is to keep trawling, hopefully you'll come up trumps eventually.
But a firm ''no' to Kuffour from me, in the event of the rumour being true that is.

There's a good reason why Wycombe terminated his contract - One goal every 10 games.

I will admit that it's all swimming in the background now, but weren't his major issues (in no particular order) to do with scoring goals, attitude and fitness? Feel free to add to the basic list if necessary.

I assume a few of you are in the Bristol Rovers FC Appreciation page on facebook. There is lad on there who looks about 14 (might be older) and claims he is in the know. Charlie Ritchings? Said the other day he had an idea who the new striker would be but that was all he was going to say at that time. Beats me how a lad that age can know things like that (apparently he has been right before)

Given the striker must be presently out of contract I suppose there's a chance if might be JK, although it's a worry if he's turned us down, would a player sooner be on the dole than playimg for Rovers??

His goal at Leicester was one of the best I have seen from a Rovers player.

There's most certainly not the attraction that there once was, that for certain. But the inescapable fact is that we have been struggling to recruit players, on loan or otherwise, for some considerable time now. Grin and bear it seems to be the order of the day, or is it make do and mend?

Tounkara is still a free agent after Stevenage released him. The kind of player who could cause chaos at this level.
