When Higgs is gone I will come back - I refuse to watch Rovers again whilst he is on the board, as this would support his atrocious and pathetic running of our club, that has made us a laughing stock.

That's fair enough but what about the board members who have played a blinder in escaping any criticism? Higgs is at the helm so deserves to take most of the flack but he doesn't just make decisions by himself, the board have to be unanimous over decisions made surely? More experienced board members have 'played' Higgs nievety and wallet in my opinion. I could be wrong I don't know, but I hold them all to account for our prediciment not just one man.

A holding of 75% of voting share capital can pass a special resolution. Higgs holds 51% so he'd only need one or two of the other large holders to vote with him.

I feel a controversial post..... If you stay away, I think you have everything upside down. Faithfully and true my arse. The "paying good money" argument sounds very much like s***head talk to me. The money you pay buys you a seat. You are not buying an ego boosting win, as there is an opposition team who similarly have fans who have paid. Withdrawing support at this time is the worst way to harm your team when you need them most. Ill be called a rose tinting happy chapter for this, but it's better than a crotchety bad loser who can't face up to their responsibilities as a fan. I will alwAys welcome you back, we need you. None of this "we don't want this sort of fan". We do. We need you to turn up and show the world what tough mettle lies within the heart of blue and white. Your rivals, the red menace, are laughing at you staying away. They want you giving up hope! Fight for god sake, get out of your grief hole and fight! Well said. If your Gas your Gas! Time to man up and show what being a supporter is all about. You didn't see Man City fans staying away when they were in league 2!!!

Even though Rovers had a good win today I shall pick and choose which games i attend. The board have chosen not to reduce prices this season despite the club's lower league status. £18 to stand and watch non lge football is too much im my opion especially when u can get into some Lge 2 games for less and get a seat as well. I know the club have lost sponsorship after relegation but don't make the long suffering fans pay through the nose.

As long as it's not an extended stay, I'm kind of enjoying the Conference.
We're the big boys of the league, and its different to league two, which was getting very stale.

I was a one in ten, until today. I went to the Mem for the first time since Mansfield
What an excellent performance, better football from Rovers than I have seen for several years A really enjoyable day watching the whole team put in a full shift.
Well done DC, I was expecting you for the chop a couple of weeks ago, but things seem to have turned around.
SO, are you one in nine? come on down to the men and give it a try, it will be worth it.

I understand the strength of your feeling, but would respectfully say that you are "cutting your nose off to spite your face"
This isn't Nick Higgs club, he may be the custodian, but it is your club, and mine and all the 6000 who turned up today, and the 10,000 at the Mansfield game and the 40,000 at Wembley.
If you can, swallow your pride, come to the Dover game on 4th October and you might even enjoy the experience, like most of us did today.

The way I look at it is that I've sat and watched us fall out the league, im not gonna waste that time by staying away now, the fact we are playing well and things are on the up makes it more than worth the effort/money. If you really are a Rovers fan then surely you know where you should be at 3pm on a Saturday........
