From what friends have said it would seem we are crying out for a striker or two. You can play any style you want but it’s goals that win games.
The consolation is hearing the red lot moaning, already 😂

I’m going about where the bookies have us about in the middle of the table about 15th. Would love my prediction to be wrong in a good way but I don’t feel this squad has goals in us, we still haven’t signed a JCH type forward. My prediction might be altered if we sign a striker to go with the forward line we already have I stand by my prediction, but apologies for the “about” overload, and it should have been “goals in it” rather than “us” And for the record I’m convinced that this indeed hasn’t got much goals in it to get the points to finish higher than 15th |

Probably not too far... who knows... Going on comments, from friends that still go, I get the impression that 17th could be stretching. One thing they all say is that they blame the gaffer yet , on paper, the club have not bought bad players. Something is certainly not right but I’ll leave that for you guys and girls to work that out. |
