Giving Kroos all the space in the world to let him carry on where he left off in the CL with his beautifully flighted looping balls straight to feet and his defence-splitting passes was beyond me. He didn’t have a close marker most of the game, they all stood back and admired him! They could have kept it down at a respectable 2 or 3 nill :-). Despite the excellent beer-bloated street performance by the Tartan Army in front of a world audience, Scottish dreams look destined to once again float off down the Clyde. I can’t see them getting one let alone four points from their remaining battles.

I wore my lucky West German 1954 home shirt (the miracle of Bern). What fantastic entertainment. The Jocks were utterly clueless, totally outclassed. Germany scored 6 in total and Scotland had zero shots on target. Some people have suggested Scotland might only get a point at the Euros. On that performance I'd be surprised if they get a goal.
