So I read that. So the Harris campaign spent $20 million on events involving celebrities. As nauseating as that is, the American system of electoral process has been doing this for years. I was living in America when George Bush Senior was running to follow Ronnie Reagan in 1988, against Michael Dukakis. He was in trouble in the campaign (on the same grounds that Bill Clinton trounced him 4 years later) and Hollywood rallied around and produced a video which falsely accused Dukakis of a "revolving doors" policy to the prison population. It worked. I would wager that neither you or Basel have any idea about the backdrop to the way campaigns are financed, but are just simplistic in regurgitating what you read from partisan media outlets without understanding context of what is going on around you. There you go again, condescending arrogance and by suggesting we don't now something. Anyway.. Joe Rogan just spoke about this. A balanced debate.
