Did you tell the IRA that or the UVF? The mind boggles at that prospect Hardly the point is it. You can 'boggle' till the cows come in. The fact is we've imported sectarian politics and the antisemitic streak that dominates this import comes from Islam. We had violent, very violent, sectarian politics way before we became concerned with Islamic sectarianism extremists.

The Muslim population is already about 3 times bigger than the whole of Northern Ireland. "The Muslim vote" the media say,is significant. They seem to suggest that the big majority ofMuslims tend to vote the same way. Eg,"the Muslim vote" may of stayed home and not voted in the London mayoral election. For the record I think Sadiq Kahn wins again. In the scenario Muslims do usually vote the same way,it's another factor that puts the UK on a Sharia Law etc trajectory.

The surprising thing is that the Tories did not receive the brutal kicking we all expected in the local elections. Christ Losing 448 seats, a 26% swing in the Blackpool election is not a kicking? Not really. A sitting government would expect to lose that many seats. The 26% swing is a false story. Labour actually had fewer votes than at the last GE. The truth is that the Tory voters just didn't vote.

The problem now for Labour is that they may have lost a fair wack of their metropolitan liberal minded types and those from the Muslim community over their stance on GAZA. Just as it may cost Biden in the States. Today's stats from the London Mayor election will be revealing

More Britons will leave London.

Ooops Andy Street loses the Midlands Mayor job to Labour. Reform did well (πππ) achieving about 5.5% of the vote.
How many Council Seats did Reform actually win? I can only see 2, in Havant.

A mad eyed screaming Muslim got elected to Leeds City Council.Apparently for the Green Party.
Mothin Ali,claimed his victory was for Palestine and 'we will not be silenced'.
"Allahu Akbar" he screamed!
Well there's another place Lords of the gay realm,Jewish people, our military people etc had better avoid,as I imagine they do.It will be interestingto see the changes in that area over the next few years.Hmm.
As we know Muslims ( not every single one blah blah blah) group together,do not intergrate unless it suits them and slowly but surely Islamify an area. That area will expand as their population grows significantly quicker than Britons, who will quite likely leave the area anyway, due to too much cultural enrichment. Not to mention legal and illegal Muslim immigrants.
As a result, we get local British politics sectarrianised , dictated by sly antisemitic racist weasels.Apparently obsessed with hatred for Israel, a country over 3,000 thousand miles away from Leeds City Council.
Leeds City Council - over 3000 miles - Israel.
Madness.
The great British mistake.

I was surprised by the margin of Khan's support in London. Watching the Tory MP Paul Scully this morning he admitted that the Tories had chosen the wrong candidate and ran a poor campaign. As someone on that show said the Tory candidate shouted "I hate London" vote for me. Language that mirrors some of the embarrassing comments on here. Now, someone who uses that sort of language (hate filled invective), seriously suggests a councillor in Leeds is going to dictate foreign policy. Some of the comments by more than one poster make Enoch Powell look a right pussy.

Mothin Ali, is based in Leeds and is the creator of the My Family Garden Youtube channel with over 25,000 subscribers. He is also the founder of the Dig-It-Out campaign to end racism in horticulture and gardening. He says he receives "torrents" of abuse online and even when this report was released on Wednesday he was told "to go back". He said: "We are absolutely appalled by the conclusions of the government race report, which will set race relations back by 20 years in this country. The report completely goes against what we, as people of colour, experience every single day. On the day the report was issued I was sent messages telling me to go back to my own country, my country is Britain. "We were hopeful after the Black Lives Matter campaigns that things might change. I set up Dig It Out because I am fed up by constant and angry abuse for the mere fact that I exist. I don't want my children to grow up suffering as we have. I felt I needed to make a stand and change the environment we live in. We reject the findings in this report." Also critical of its findings were Kevin Courtney, joint general secretary of the National Education Union (NEU) who said it was "out of step with public opinion", leader of the Labour Party Kier Starmer told reporters in Leeds on Wednesday he was "disappointed" by the findings and Lord Sewell, appointed by then-prime minister Theresa May in 2018 to create and lead the government's Race Disparity Unit, said: "This is a report that is steeped in denial." Just one line from that JRF response "There is a substantial ethnicity pay gap; when comparing two graduate men, one Black and the other White, working in the same job in the same region with the same education, the Black male worker earns 17% less than the White male worker (Runnymede Trust, 2020).

Were they not protesting for a deal that can free the 130 hostages? Jesus Christ Basel They are Israelis, some of them may be relatives of the captives. What do you think? Are you so blinded by hatred that you cannot even see the obvious?

A well written response from the Joseph Rowntree Foundation and authored by Dr Andrea Barry. If only we lived in a perfect world where jobs for all races et al were plentiful and we had world peace, but alas we have not. Everyone from all societies deserve to earn a decent living for themselves or their families, but this is not always possible. Of course this then leads to unhealthy living conditions and tensions arise which can lead to uproar and violence. There is never an easy solution for any political party to solve and they usually only end up fire-fighting.....

But it's as much about parity in pay as much as it is about actual job availability
