Imagine if we used famine and starvation as a deliberate weapon of war against the Germans, we didn't, did we? Why is it you hold Israel to such moral high standards? It's war. One started by Hamas on October 7th. Why should Israel give an inch in its efforts to protect their country and people? Do you? Israel stated they would not allow Gazans to control their side of the Rafah crossing. Which contradicts what you claimed

The Palestinian's have never controlled it. You really are pulling out sixth form arguments here.

Different times, different type of conflict. You cannot compare the two. Tell that to the Jewish population of Europe You're just going round in circles

Paul Weller says ‘we should be ashamed of ourselves’ over Israel-Gaza conflict..by Roisin O'Connor.i.dailymail.co.uk/1s/2024/05/24/01/85277241-13454255-image-a-83_1716510614925.jpgRock star Paul Weller has hit out at the ongoing attacks by Israel on Gaza, as the UN’s top court orders an immediate halt on the country’s military ofensive in the city of Rafah. Weller, 66, has expressed his support for Palestine in recent months, with the Palestinian flag on display during his live shows around the UK. The British musician rose to fame in the late Seventies with his band The Jam, later enjoying success with The Style Council in the Eighties before embarking on a solo career. Asked about the flag during an interview with The Guardian,he remarked: “Am I against genocides and ethnic cleansing? Yes I am.” He continued: “I can’t understand why more people aren’t up in arms about what’s going on. We should be ashamed of ourselves, I think. “One minute you’re supplying bullets and bombs and guns, and then you’re sending over food. How does that work?” Elsewhere in his interview, Weller lashed out at the “corruptness and cronyism, and the lies and deceipt” he sees in most UK politicians. “They’re supposed to be your betters, your leaders,” he said. “But they’ve been selling off the periphery of the NHS for years and let it fall into disrepair, and it’s going to get eaten away and eaten away until it’s off their hands, and it’s all privatised. “And that’s one of our crown jewels, the NHS. It’s supposed to be ours, we all pay for it. It’s a total piss-take... People are getting to that point where they think, ‘You’ve just got to do it for yourself.’ Whether that’s a revolution or not, I don’t know.”

The views of people like Paul Weller are no more relevant than the bloke next to you down the pub. I see no reason whatsoever to highlight them at all, let alone post them up on a discussion forum.

People are getting to that point where they think, ‘You’ve just got to do it for yourself.’ Whether that’s a revolution or not, I don’t know.” Let's face it, Paul Weller is a bit of a twat. I remember the hip & cool 'red wedge' political movement from the early 80's. Which achieved the sum total of absolutely f*ck all. He was great in The Jam. He started off OK in the Style Council. He then spent an awful long time making solo albums that absolutely no-one cares about, Barring Stanley Road. Released in 1995. So that's almost 30 years without any real success whatsoever. He still gets an awful lot of air play and people would appear to want to listen to him. I have no idea why. The Modfather? Looks more like most people's Grandmother.

Unless it's darling actor Stephen Mcgann.Quoting and linking him enables you to show off with your "triangulation" point.

A brown skinned man has been photographed walking the streets of London ,in a Man Utd shirt.Nothing unusual there,he's no doubt part of the Man U,Sky subscribing foreign contingent.
The name on the back of his shirt is Hamas. Underneath is the number 7.
Enemy within.

We’ve failed him , or that’s what the women said on tv this Morning whilst discussing this person , we haven’t integrated him into our society properly , we need to make every one feel part of our society , labour will do this , the tories have just caused division I’m not convinced but we will find out soon enough ( Labour goverment ) whether she’s right or not

Do you hope this provocative nonsense spreads across our game, in the same way the dangerous far left nonsense BLM did. It'll be the same crowd trying to promote or justify it. People like you.
