Out of interest what do you think the Government should do about the Home Secretary's racist remarks about Pakistani men? What "racist" remarks Chesh? I assume you mean the naming of Pakistani Muslim men,in the grooming gang scandal. Well, firstly I don't think her comments racist at all. Statistics showed us that Pakistani Muslims per % in the British population were more likely to be guilty of the grooming gang crime. It needed saying (and probablyin better grammar than I just did,but I'm sure you get what i meant). Others had been pointing this out for years.Tommy Robinson. The Pakistani Muslim liberal writer/journalist Maajid Nawaz. I think plenty of Asian men were happy enough a more precise name had been put on this crime."Asian men" was used often.Ridiculous of course. It would be like saying Europeans participate in the cruelty of bull fighting. Any Pakistani Muslim man, that thinks grooming gangs are okay because of their culture, well what say you! I think Braverman, Nawaz and yes Robinson (they did shoot that particular messenger) were right to name these Pakistani Muslim men. The Rotherham scandal went on far too long because people were scared of being called "racist". The Arena bomber was'nt stopped and searched by security because they were scared of being called "racist". So,what were Bravermans racist comments Chesh ,have you a quote please?

From the horse's mouth
"The remarks were also criticised as factually inaccurate given a Home Office-commissioned study in 2020 found that group-based child sexual exploitation offenders are most commonly white males under 30."
Oops

Oops Deeply flawed load of rubbish. They basically admitted it. Pakistani Muslims are very much over represented in grooming gang crime. Braverman is right.

"Boris Johnson's first novel, Seventy-Two Virgins is a no-holds-barred political satire, a comic romp peopled with a gallery of grotesques which lampoons both the absurdities and the extremes of modern society."

Apparently the Guardian,in todays issue, had an allegedly antisemitic cartoon.
It's been taken down from the online version, but it also went into print.
I assume this cartoon will soon be put back online for people to make their own mind up.

Johnson just the right person to talk about satire, comedy, lampoon, the absurd and extreme being an epitome of all those things and all that is wrong in politics today.

The Guardian cartoon is by Martin Rowson. He's made an online apology and I imagine wants to "disassociate " himself from it.
Antisemitic cartoon. Blatant.

I saw it. To be honest I was drawn to the portrayal of Johnson in that cartoon. But I have to say the portrayal of Sharp was pretty repulsive.

Hmm,well one of these examples was a bloke having a hot cross bun that appeared to be a hot cross swastika. Its hard to take that one too seriously. Was he the same bloke that taught his dog how to Roman salute? One used the N word.Got told off and went to the school of naughty and offensive words for a while.I suppose he learnt the way he used it was unkind and bullying. He needed pulling up,whether he was deliberately offensive or just through ignorance . The woman that put on social media 'until Muslims are more afraid of being deported than ISIS,then problems will continue, closing Mosques would help' ,she actually recieved death threats. This kind of backs up her point. As far as I can tell, all our other UK religions and their followers seem integrated. Islam remains a dangerous challenge. How long before at least 'UK Islam' reforms,if ever? It would be helpful to know and make it so much easier to condemn those that perhaps harshly criticise this way of life. Critics of Islam should'nt face threats of violence and death, but they do. I wonder if any striking school teacher last week, gave a thought to their Batley comrade, still in hiding for his life. I condemn the racist attacks. Critique of the most dangerous religion in the world ( it is dangerous ) and therefore its followers, gets complicated.Too many ,are all too willing to be violent in the name of Islam. As for Braverman, she was right. Put the stats up and you'll see Muslim Pakistani men are over represented in grooming gang crime.Check their percentage of being found guilty,to their percentage of population.Over represented. I think things will get worse before they hopefully get better.Pray to your God that a few decades down the road ,Islam enjoys a sensible reformation making it undangerous.A religion that eg would laugh at a film entitled 'The Life Of Ibrahim',about a normal bloke mistaken for the top profit. Imagine the violent uproar such a film would provoke in todays Islam. The UK needs a Islamic Reformation. Then we're perhaps in business. That's not to say everything is bad right now,it is'nt. Edit. Thought about it and if the people in the Guardian report were local politicians at the time of these Islam criticisms, then I condemn their terminology because people in their position ought to show more tact.
