It'll be my first 'in person' for four years and a day (FA Cup R3 Rovers vs Coventry), after ifollow yesterday was my first since the 22/2 incident. Do you know about parking? I managed to rent a parking space 5 min walk from the ground, I think its a local driveway. Rented through Your Parking Space app. Cost me a tenner for 24 hours as Im staying the night. Spaces going quickly though.

In the match report the lead opens with ‘Bristol Rovers’, so the context is given. The article goes on to use ‘Rovers’, ‘Bristol’, and ‘the Gas’, so I don’t really see the problem at all especially as it’s on a Bristol Rovers site.
For SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and related SERP ranking on Google it is also pretty good to use a mix of relevant keywords and phrases that relate to Bristol Rovers, one of which is of course ‘Bristol’.

I have no idea if this is true or not. Announced on BBC radio Bristol Having a Gas tonight and on twitter by Belshaw. So it's true I’d like to believe that but I can’t. Guess I will have to search for the truth myself.

Mainly due to weather, downgrading my November optimism. Seven points.

Good post up until the final paragraph which I find kind of oxymoronic. you calling me a moron? in the context of asking how do you take yourself to the next level, the last paragraph makes some sense, as there are case studies to learn from - we don’t have to “reinvent a Wael” at all. Unless “reinvent the Wael” actually is an oxymoron - like to achieve organised chaos from disorganised chaos. No wonder you don’t understand, the Emperor’s analysis of the situation is on a different level than all you plēbēius can keep up with. Flawed back story though Magnan has, would swapping him out for Taylor be another “cocko” + “masterplan” moment? His infectious energy and enthusiasm is working on the dressing room. Bigger challenges to come, and time will tell us more. Why not pause on the manager search and give him that time? 😛 No definitely not. If you exchange “Twerton days” for “years when we didn’t have our own ground and were sharing with non-league Bath City” I think my statement holds. You are still brilliant though.

Six figures being £1234.56? that wouldn’t even cover his weekly wage. if you think of the amount of money in that period. Already in work, Cocko struck an agreement on what was owed. But then the garner team/ master plan was assembled, Garner paid off, Tisdale paid off, the master plan team wholly changed by B*****. All the money involved in that period, wasted? Could it have been put to better use? The only thing really wrong in terms of a solid team that wouldn’t go down was Lockyer and Craig leaving for nothing and not replaced. “Wanting to take things in a different direction” cost the club a whole heap of money. Meanwhile Wycombe enjoyed all the fun of a promotion season and season at tier 2 sticking with football the Ainsworth/cocko way. Take a look at these teams winning big matches for us in close succession www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/50696305 www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/50356060 Did it clearly need ripping up? Does a club really need to recruit and pay wages only for the championship in mind, and switch to tiki taka football to enjoy all the fun of a promotion season and staying up in tier 2? Is that the proper way to manage a club, burning money? Since Clarke got us to 8th in 2018, Bristol Rovers owners have not owned the club very well at all. Back in Twerton days, we were bigger club than Swansea, Bournemouth, Luton, and many others settled in the top two tiers today. Good post up until the final paragraph which I find kind of oxymoronic.

Madness to offer him the job based on a few positive results, I would keep him as interim manager then give him until January to prove his worth.

Still don’t understand the Coughlan departure. Was there ever a logical explanation. Most of the time, even if you don’t agree, you can see a reason for getting rid or manager leaving but the Coughlan situation was odd to say the least.

Why do some of our so called fans many on here who don't even go and watch the team live criticise a win in a competition we can seriously get to a final at the national stadium. Memories of te final in Cardiff after the fantastic defeat of City was magnificent Winning ugly is fine by me It’s been said many times before by many supporters. For me, I am quietly angry rather than critical, but when we beat city and made it to Cardiff for the final, the EFL Trophy still had some semblance of a competition that meant something special. Over the years the FL eroded that, constantly changing the sponsor so it lost it’s identity, and changing the format. The addition of u21 clubs was the last nail in the coffin. Now it appears like a practice competition for prem club youth teams and just an injury risk for EFL teams who may well be better off without it given that they must also lose money hosting these poorly attended matches. Wembley or not, my heart isn’t in it.

Technically I could still be the closest if we win all remaining matches. Ah no I see the issue now, postponed game.
