The Gow/Riachards swap is probably now one of the worse deals in the clubs history? 100% agree - always believed that if we had kept Richards we would have stayed up - a player capable of creating chances for others running at a defence and can score as well .......... plays better in the season overall and then gets off loaded -- dreadful decision making !

He believes that he is a good enough player and on his day not many would argue his worth However when matters at clubs (as he sees it) and injuries hamper your progress surely the best way to show your worth is application and discipline?
Most fans will forgive some lack of ability IF the player tries hard -sad to say that both were lacking in many of the games he played last season
Also how would anyone sign this player given his whole conversational approach and body language - we would have been much better signing a player with less potential ability but will to commit to the cause! All too late!

Ward has not been made a scapegoat. He was the source of the problem from the first match at Exeter to his last match in charge. I think he would have just kept us up by the skin of our teeth but bored us to death in the process but personally felt he should have been sacked about November. Felt the same when I saw our display there - thought it was going to be a long and difficult season!!

An excellent letter carefully crafted and rationalises well the issues that require immediate action
I would suggest that if anyone from the club interviewed 100 fans walking in or out of the mem the points you have raised would be duplicated!! The fans have more idea how to run the club than the present board and /or recent management
It even extends to the marketing on and off the field which is left back in the 50 's and 60's - dreadful bar / food facilities - when I go (used to go) 'lesser' clubs they show how inept the club is!

For the last couple of years the proof is in the puddings we've had on the pitch.
That made me smile!!
Despite all our problems as a club I really do think we all do well to retain a sense of humour - maybe that is all that is left!!
