It will be interesting to see whether our former owner child like follows any intended whispered summer signing by immediately following that player on Instagram and giving the game away. The manager should be warned about this football selfie collector,he is unlikely ever to come across anything like it before.

I think rocket man would have other ideas of what to do with him and it wouldn't be time in a gulag.

You do get the feeling he's using the President of BRFC as a football senior administrator credential to enter into a new football role in the middle east region with the backing of a world wide football agency. He has been busy speaking at recent regional football conferences in Eygpt. I'm sure the Al Saeeds will be encouraging him to make this new career step forward.

I see the holding company Bristol Rovers 1883 Ltd accounts still haven't been filed at Companies House and are shown as overdue fifteen days late so far. Why the delay and what are they frightened of, of course they won't be as abbreviated as BRFC Ltd accounts and probably will reveal a few more little jaffas like the furniture lease back deal.

I couldn't agree with you more, the man has done enough already to breach his existing contract and any half decent lawyer could get shot of him in the flick of a light switch. The problem is he is one part of a mutual admiration society and if that one part isn't strong enough to protect its own commercial interests then the maverick unstable attacks on present employees and former staff will continue until the end of January 2025. In fact it will probably get worse.

Perhaps the overdue year end 2023 accounts will give us all a better clue.

An old arab proverb says its better to have a thousand enemies outside the tent than one inside. In Rovers case there are three undermining the club and present mananger, one is orchestrating everything the other two are divisive and weak followers. The Al Saeeds must be aware of this and back their man with a complete spring clear out from top to bottom at the club.

Not forgetting regularly visited clients in Qatar and time at McClaren advising Ron Dennis.

And ask them at the same time if the narrative in a set of accounts is incorrect and misleading even though signed off by a director of the club not once but twice in the last two sets of filed accounts should be resubmitted at Companies House. Sheffield Wednesday had to do that last year following a similar error and made a public apology. It appears corporate governance doesn't exit at the club and no one understands what's required.

He's probably seen the accounts year end 2023 and realised his exposure as a director. That's as good a personal reason as any.

Now this is getting confusing, didn't Abdullatif last night say the loan was £3 million due to extra costs incurred by penal payments that had to be made to BCC following the reckless approach to the south stand planning. Or has the club had to make up and pay the difference.

I have never understood high networth individuals, they all seem to have pimps doing their bidding on their behalf. Is it a well paid job as a pimp or is just living like a wealthy person for a day and being a Walter Mitty for 24 hours.

Ah and the legacy our man will leave Rovers with will not be the Long and Winding Road but the man who appointed Joey B***** manager of Bristol Rovers engraved in the history of the club never to be forgotten. Now that is a real legacy.

It will be a bigger problem if Mr Hussain Al Saeed still thinks the Quarters redevelopment comes under the umbrella of Bristol City Council planning officers.Does anyone know anything about the running of the club from within or even proof read club statements like the open letter before publishing it. It doesn't fill you with much confidence heading forward does it.

A trio to be remembered for their vision and sustainability, one forced to sell a controlling interest, another demoted and stripped of any authority and one sacked.

I was always told by wise old retired bank manager "guarantors are fools with pens". Just hope Nationwide Finance don't come knocking on a default otherwise someone is going to have a very difficult conversation with the Nationwide grim reaper who will be wanting his £5 million back regardless of league position or season ticket holders in the South Stand.

Poor old Sinclair has other distractions to deal with these days, his partner Helen Flanagan pictures are always in the Sun dressed in as little as possible.Must be difficult to concentrate on football when you never know whats on the next page.

I am so happy with the win today, pleased for the manager who comes across as a decent man, so happy for Jed Ward who had a great game and surely put to bed the requirement to blood and nourish some other clubs keeper and best of all, for the new owners son who has been savaged this past week on social media by warped individuals who now look complete mugs who backed someones attempts to regain credibility in the way the club functions.

You make some very valid points, but, if the personal attacks had been made on Wael as have been made on Abdullatif over the last few days there would have been uproar, condemnation and bans on those that posted. Who knows the new owners may be taking a closer look at the aged creditors ledger and are discovering there are invoices there that cannot be substantiated as work carried out in the best interest of the club and are disputing payment.
