Shoveler et al,
There was an explicit accusation of an ex BRFC employee being a "liar" without specific evidence.
While the individual is exposing themselves to legal recourse the admins are not willing to risk similar action.
Hence that particular sentence and only that sentence was deleted.
So it's confirmed he's an ex employee then? Wonder where the outage is/was ? And all the threats that accompanied such outrage ? seeing as you were aware of the situation before its been revealed by a change of the guard then why didnt you pipe up back then ?

I wasn't aware of anything. It was first 'heard' by Kp whom I trust is truthful.

If by being run professionally you mean running at - £3,000,000 PA with zero nett spend on the first team squad, a new stadium binned and no explanation given to the people who provide the bulk of the funding for the club, subscribers to a scheme which kept the club afloat a few years ago being told that their 2 representatives in the board room are no longer required and their equity is being represented by spending a thousand pounds a day on an office 120 miles away then I'm sure that's exactly what every supporter of every club has ever dreamed of. I take from this post your happy by the way the club is being run then ? Some parts of it, yes, but other parts are very worrying.

Whether there will be a replacement is anyone's guess. (ie No.) KM keeps his head down (or up, depending which way you look at it).

Email TG with your ideas, Bambi! Strange how we (collective we) shut an outlet on other side of Bristol, yet keep on open in an area where Bristol is rarely thought of..

Ah, you've helped me see the plan. We should all move 120 miles from the ground, then we could all have a shop, with 2 staff costing £1000 a day each. To the people who say that it's their money, their club and they can do as they please, just you wait until things go off the rails, the usual hand wringing stuff will be trotted out about it being the supporters that make the club and us all being in it together.

His name is still on the portakabin though
Your name left on a Bristol rovers portakbain? Sounds like the modern day version of the stocks!

Well looks like electronic turnstiles next year. There is a few quid in wages to go towards the CEO. lol
We will be releasing our 2018/19 Season Tickets shortly and we need some information from you to make sure your renewal runs smoothly.
Next season we will be introducing electronic turnstiles and a unique Season Ticket card for every Season Ticket holder. In order to do this, we need a single e-mail address for each individual. We can see that you have 2 or more Season Tickets registered under a single email address, so if you could please update your details below, providing us with a unique e-mail address for every Season Ticket that you own, we can register this within our system and you'll be all ready to go!

Looks like the chairman will be carrying the can for £3,000,000 debt. Weird when all he is is a mouthpiece for the AQ’s. Still, he did the dirty work I suppose of getting the stadium manager out of the way so must take great credit for that. The club is an absolute shambles apart from the first team. This is re arranging deck chairs on the I’m afraid.

Seem people really are having a hissy fit because Rovers are no longer a ‘local club for local people’ in their eyes. Bizarrely I’ve seen far more on how much the club does in the community in the last year than I had for the previous 30.
