Shareholders Annual General meeting tonight.
To approve the accounts and reappoint Wael, Hamer,Turner, Seymour-Smith and Masters as Directors.
Plus I guess an update on UWE stadium development and training ground.
Will DC be there to update shareholders on his plans to recruit the 10-11 new players required ?

Why would DC update? I mean he's said about the 10/11 players on Saturday, how could he update? He won't say names, he probably has had a couple of days off. It is what it is.

Know the bloke appointed to oversee the New build has left but how many directors do we now have and is our analyst, (Will Dubey?) a director?

Know the bloke appointed to oversee the New build has left but how many directors do we now have and is our analyst, (Will Dubey?) a director? I've been wondering for a while now whether the boardroom is a bit bare. Apart from Mr Hamer we have the Messrs Masters and Seymour-Smith, as the two Share-scheme board members, and I thought there was one other listed in the programme (the Finance Director?). Whether that's a good thing for clarity, or could lead to being undemocratic, and whether it's standard nowadays - we certainly have far fewer on the board than we previously have. The club website shows as: Board of DirectorsPresident: Wael Al-Qadi Chairman: Steve Hamer Directors: Wael Al-Qadi, Steve Hamer, Mike Turner, Ken Masters and Brian Seymour-Smith.

There is no proposal for a new board member just to re elect existing ones I was told over the weekend that we are getting in a director to cover the stadium/training ground/academy development as Steve Hamer is snowed under at the moment Again i'm not in the know just putting it out to see if anybody else has can confirm ?

Mike Turner, whoever he may be, is also listed as a Director, if there's no motion to appoint a new Director I can't see how one can be appointed tonight? Let's hope it's not the Gloucester RFC former(?) owner, who was rumoured in the past to be joining the board in the past who I assume already knows Turner as he's apparently a Gloucester RFC supporter.

I was there last night and all the same questions were asked and all the same answers were given. Both parties working hard to conclude a deal etc...... WAQ was there last night and was his usual good humored self but Steve Hamer did most of the talking. SH did say he spoke to Joe Lumley after Sundays game and the JL said he has enjoyed his time here and would like to return to Rovers next season if something can be worked out with QPR. One thing I found interesting was that we are still receiving payments for Scott Sinclair which in 2017 will total £50,000. How or who is making these payments I'm not sure, I'm assuming it's Chelsea. Training ground planning application going in, in the next 5-6 weeks and then it will take 12-16 weeks to get through the South Glos planning process. Mem pitch to get a new £80,000 drainage system installed over the close season.
Not much else to report really.
