I posted previously that reversing the ban/s was a bit of low-hanging fruit for the new owners. If you were them, what else would you see as easy 'quick wins'?Hartlepool. Boom boom!

Bring back the blue flames for a reunion as I'm sure there'll all legal now? There more than legal I originally married one ( now divorced, blue flame or not she certainly was explosive!) Our daughter is now only three years younger than when my ex was in the blue flames in 96 when she was 16. However knowing what the ex looks like and couple of the others I have bumped into since don't think they would be quite the draw Wael would hope unless it was for comic relief.......

Makes one feel very old. A lady I worked with was a blue flame in the early/mid 2000's, three (I think) kids now and is (or was) an airline stewardess

A quick win for me would be a return of what was called "The Guinness Stand", another tent that was between the West Stand and the South Stand.
That corner of the ground looks messy, and I loved watching games from there during the short spell it was used.
Capacity could easily be taken from other parts of the ground and it will provide a better view than from the South Stand.

The West stand can be like bloody Siberia at times. It's the main reason I invested in a proper sheepskin pilot jacket. I would never have spent that much money on a coat if I didn't get so cold as I did in that area.

A quick win would be to do some quid a Kid and £10 per adult games to a) swell crowds right now and b) ensure that there are plenty of young Rovers coming through to watch us all the way to the top, for the rest of their lives.
That is in addition to the great suggestions we have already had; Worldwide free streaming of matches. Inflatable balloons at boring periods Funnelling rainwater onto away fans. Working clock and scoreboard Michelle Thomas

I think my then future ex wife originally joined to stop me disappearing till the early hours after home matches with my mates. Should have probably taken that as a warning sign of things to come. On the subject of things to change how about repairing the many leaks in the south stand.

Install some decent hand driers in the toilets, for a place where they serve hand held food they are a disgrace, and probably break hygene rules.
