Put it this way if somebody came into my shop and told me how to run my business and a very forthright way i would kick them out as well ! Not a great analogy. Some businesses have signs saying 'If you like what we do, tell your friends; if you don't, tell us'. Under your approach, all the people who don't like your business simply go elsewhere and probably tell all their friends and relatives to do the same. They might even post about it on the internet (but likely don't bother). Problem solved. Football clubs aren't like that. People don't just go elsewhere. Anyone who gets involved in football, whether players, managers, referees, or owners, who can't take criticism, has made a conflicting lifestyle choice. I expect Wael has had a good old moan about things at Chelsea over the years, and hasn't recognised any obligation of silence. I have highlighted the important bit you missed. If my customer ask me to stock a certain product and if its viable i will do it, what i will not have is customers demanding i change things to suit them
