Good. 1. A piece of nastiness has been struck out. 2. Common sense and fresh air is blowing through the club.
Sad news elsewhere, though, Father Jack. Feck.

Merged the two threads.
Great news for both Kev and for Rovers generally. The club is getting its soul back.

It was always a pathetic and childish decision that said far more about the person who made it than it ever did about KS. Welcome back Kevin

Were there any others who received a ban or was it just KS ? What about the former board members who had put forward the Rovers Agenda for Change proposal ?

Excellent news. One small step for a supporter, one giant leap for BRFC (As an aside, Jordan's olive trees are thriving while Italy's apparently are dying from some nasty disease.)

Fantastic news, the more we hear about our new chairman and president the happier I seem to be.

Dear Father Jack,
Are you writing this from beyond the grave?
Please accept my condolences on your loss.

I'm reminded of the last verse of Bob Dylan's song, The Times They Are A-Changin' . . .
Quite appropriate I thought. The hatchet has been buried at long last, and hopefully it's the last that we shall hear of it all.

Thanks for working to get the ban lifted mancgas.
It was never simply about one person it was more a symptom of the intolerance which has done so much harm to Rovers over the past few years.
I've never met Kevin but having spoken to him a few times on the telephone I know that he is Rovers through and through and like so many of us who began the journey at Eastville in the 1960's he shares a common vision of what our club should be standing for.
We are different to the City and whenever we have been able to compete successfully with them it's been down to using our brains and taking our chances, being bold but maintaining our humility and always striving to make the best of our limited resources.
I hope the lifting of this ban is a sign that the new owners have a desire to bring us all together and maintain the Rovers traditions as part of their formula for achieving success.
