Sorry am I missing something. The accounts do not appear to reflect the percentages, where is the context for the percentages?

Well that was not good reading, the comments from the auditor really do start ringing alarm bells.

Note 16 states that there are 8.2 million fully paid ordinary shares. The directors have about 4 million of them per page 2. Do I take it that the Share Scam and the like hold the balance?

my take, from reading this thread and the accounts and the other thread, is that 2 things happened during the year:
- we lost £900k on business as usual plus financing costs - NH's shares went from over 50% to 18%, so that he gave up say 35%, but that per these accounts 'no single related party is left with a controlling interest'(note 27)
I don't know if the transfer of shares needs to be registered at Companies House, and whether the breakdown of current shareholders is knowable

We've paid Edward Ware £125k for the right to pay over the odds for a house on Filton Avenue?

Looking on google street view, I think that's the next one along from one which will be demolished 'when' Sainsbury's build their new supermarket. Not sure what advantage that would give BRFC but maybe there is a method in their madness?
(Zoopla valuation estimate £400,000)

Let's say its strategic value adds £100k to the Zoopla guess, so £500k in total. How is it right we'd have to pay £645k to one of our own directors to acquire it?
