Had a cursory look at their forum, and its obvious they get their ideas from our less than illustrious neighbours...ie we have more fans than Barcelona etc...lets see how many they bring, and how vocal they are..if 50-60 can be vocal..

They also sponsored the Dover player who scored against us, odd who certain clubs fans get under your skin!

I think it's odd that a club and support base over 100 miles away try to drum up an artificial rivalry?
Some of their (so called) supporters tried and failed last season.
I suppose *yawn* we should be flattered they give us so much *stretchy arms* attention (?) but as far as I'm concerned, the Wealdstone Raiders' famous outburst could've been against Barnet as it's easily applied to them. They mean nothing more or less to me than a potential 3points.
Lets move on quickly from here..

They're just a bunch of tossers in my eyes.
"So.... Saturday sees the bees return to football league action against our promotion chasing rivals from last season Bristol Rovers. I honestly don't know why we are bothering to turn up as according to Bristol Fans, their "massive" fan base gives them a divine right to win every game, but there you go...."
Strange what goes on in their little brains. Where do they get that from?
"Can someone please explain why Bristol Rovers have won two games and only got 6 points? I thought they started with extra points due to the huge amount of fans they have?"
Dear oh dear. Feel bad for them getting confused like that.

Surely that's not a suggestion that we take a tin pot club like theirs seriously?

We will answer all that on the pitch come Saturday. Move on. Nothing to see here. Rise above this poor attempt at a wind up.

Surely the Football League must realise that we're too MASSIVE to be playing such a small club from That London?
The correct thing to do would be to award us with the 3 points and we can forget that this game was ever scheduled.

I sympathise with them to be honest.
It must be very hard to hear your manager issue a "come and get me" plea to your bigger, faster, stronger enemy every chance he gets.

The funny thing is..it's actually their own manager who keeps complementing us about our fan base and passionate support. Maybe they are just pissed at him because he's thinking 'wtf am I doing at this tin pot s***house of a club', who will always be a conference - league two yo yo club'.. bless. Chin up little bees, I couldn't give a **** about your little pathetic wind up, you are just complete tin pot little club trying to get attention and start a rivalry with a HUGE club with a MASSIVE fan base. Can't wait to hear your 1000 fans sing all these songs..oh wait..1000 fans would be their home attendance wouldn't it?

To be fair they've only got a small number of fans, they probably get bored easily.
A quick google shows they've spent about 25 seasons in the football league, ever... so not quite a rival.

im not comfortable with this "tin pot club" thing,,to me it dosnt matter about the size of attendances as im sure barnet regulars or say macclefield fans are just as keen as we are. if we got into the champioship we would become a "tin pot club" with not many fans to others like sheffield wed etc i went to barnet last season and was impressed with there new ground and there supporters to be honest
