Imagine getting that upset over a friendly.
A friendly.

This has got nothing to do with Arsenal not respecting us, this game was arranged as part of the Matt Macey deal, don't get upset !

Spot on.
I wonder how many of the Arsenal players we will see will make it through to the senior side.

Jo Kuffour was an Arsenal young star as was Andy Cole both made a more than a reasonable living in the game at both ends of the spectrum. Meanwhile I suspect Matt Macey our former youth team keeper will now have to go out on loan somewhere now that the Gunners have signed a proper keeper Czech, after many years of fielding clowns....mark my words they will be a force in the Prem this season.

Why should any Rovers fan give a s**t about whether Arsenal will be a force in the Prem this season? The top of the premier is the most boring and predictable part of all the leagues with a closed shop for the elite clubs mainly supported by people who have no connection with the places these teams play. Like I said maybe everyone is perfectly ok with this friendly because they are Arsenal fans too?

And before you start, I don't like Arsenal and I won't be going to it. But that's a choice I've made, just like you can.

When we played Man U reserves a few years ago it enabled Fergie and co to see our set up and decide that if they were to loan us a starlet for a season then that player would be decently looked after. Who is to say we won't be able to build some bridges here and it could lead to a reduced wage loanee filling one of our gaps for a few months? It was a strong Man U team as it was Lee Martins testimonial, Fergie said he sent a strong squad as he helped save his job.

Like I said maybe everyone is perfectly ok with this friendly because they are Arsenal fans too? calm down you really are feeling the Blues ...while Rovers are my Club I have supported them yes actually gone and watched since 1967 missing just 11 home games during that long period I still have a more than soft spot for the other Blues ...Chelsea Osgood and co always entertained me and have seen them around the country and loads of times in Bristol yes even Ashton Gate for a friendly in about 1970 !
I take a more balanced view and besides being Rovers focused also have an active interest in the Prem, Championship and even a tad in the Conference when we were stuck down there....your view that the elite is boring is your view and not shared by millions who watch them live and on tv ....I think you need to get out more ...Man Utd at Cossham Street is not far from you and Lodge Road ...
