Always liked him but do feel that it's the end for him here sadly? do you think he wants out and does anyone think he still has a future at the club? I hope he does UTG!

Didn't his contract get extended by an appearance trigger in his contract?

£££££££ Didn't his contract get extended by an appearance trigger in his contract? that I don't know but at the start of the season and knowing he was sticking around after our relegation I thought and still do think he is the best or certainly one of the best in this league and league 2 so for him not to have played since his blunder against Eastleigh it has surprised me that he is still frozen out. Don't get me wrong puddy is a great keeper at this level but mildy is a top top keeper and I would be disappointed if we never see him play again! I always used to like his interviews as he came across very well and like he actually cared for the club

He isn't "frozen out" though, is he? He's been dropped because his form this season has been poor generally, and since his recall it was abysmal.
I like him, nice bloke and formerly a decent keeper, but I hope he is released (if we can). Puddy is adequate and Mildenhall's wages can be better spent (on Chris Lines, hopefully).

We rarely let a goal in with puddy in goal so either he's a lucky charm or he does his job well and talks/commands the back four well!

How do you work that out? 3 goals, inc the dodgy Dover goal conceded in 8 games since his return to the side suggests he's a decent goalie at this level, particularly when Mildenhall let in 4 goals in the previous 2 games! Just think if DC had kept faith in Puddy then we'd be most likely already promoted.

At League 2 or Conference level we only need 1 senior keeper. Put a kid on the bench and loan in a Prem/Championship kid if we get an injury.
Mildy's career is most likely over.

Mildy's career is most likely over. i just find it funny that at the start of the season mildy was one of the first names on the team sheet like parks, brown mansel and yet with ten games give or take suddenly he's being written off and put out with the trash! Feel a little sad for the old boy as he is a great keeper and well liked

Where are these knives? Saying his career may be over isn't a criticism. A player of his experience might move on to coaching once he struggles for first team football rather than move away from home again or drop further down the pyramid, that's all.

The stats don't lie but strangely Mildy inspires more confidence in me than Puddy does. I think Mildy just has more presence. Who would you rather have in goal if the final went to penalties?

Still prefer Puddy. Seen to many errors by Mildy this season.
Furthermore it was at Mildys insistence that we also have a 'goalkeeping coach'. That's another wage we can save on. We cannot afford one at this moment in time.
Money far better spent on another striker or indeed Lines as previously suggested. Just have Preston on the bench in case of emergencies.
