Bye Bye Bristol Tomorrow!
Good luck young man. To be honest as much as I think he may do well, he is to lightweight for the conference.

I'll never forget those crosses against Mansfield that ended up over the Blackthorn End roof. A bit of quality just when we needed it. :wallbang:

Not too bothered to be honest, thought he'd be a bit lightweight in the conference, would hope the compensation or transfer fee isn't a pittance however..

Could be going on holiday??
I never minded Alefe. In my opinion he just needed more time. Even Rooney blasted a corner into the stands during the Italy match. Footballers have their off moments, and 18 yr olds are going to have more than others. I think he could end up at least Championship level some day.

If be goes to Hull best of luck to him. Probably best for his development and having the chance of a professional career

Is it tongue in cheek? Off on holiday or actually joining another club?

Personally I rated him, and think he has ability to progress. Lightweight, that's just ridiculous, was going to say wingers have been traditionally light and fast (many exceptions, Alan Walsh etc), he's got that and in the right team (forget division) think he will thrive. Hope he gets the chance wherever he goes, didn't do anything wrong for us, tried as a kid and thrown in when we were sinking, well that's no crime.

If he goes good luck to him. But I expect the only time he'll come up in converations is when someone asks whatever happened to that young Brazilian kid?
Still his luck has to change sometime I mean you leave Brazil & swopit for Southmead & now you swop Southmead for Hull.

Didn't have the out and out pace or skill to beat his full back very often and on the few occasions he was in a position to cross his delivery was awful.
Didn't contribute much and wont be missed. As others have said, very lightweight and probably not suited to the Conference anyway.
Good luck Alefe. I think it's probably in both parties best interests if we part company.

Just got to look at Raheem Sterling of England & Liverpool to see what a "Lightweight" can do...

Good player.
Good first touch. Has skil and a couple of tricks. Has the ability to cross a ball without getting around the defender which is abit of an ace for a winger. Intelligent, can play 1 2s all day and make a decent pass infield.
Battles for a ball and at least 'gets in the way' to put opposition off.
Good luck Alfie.
Another youngster who would of been better off playing 5th or 4th tier instead of Premier reserves imo.We don't get to see him improve, and then to rub salt into the wound it's players like Alfie, Dyke and pals are strongly suggesting we have a 'Premier reserve team divison, along with a few Conference club'!
Greed and spiteful arrogance from 'the big boys' becomes more and more a serious threat to the game.Look at the protests in Brazil eg.

I'm not sure if it's definite that he's going as he could surely be going on holiday?
If he is leaving though I think it's a good move for him and a good move for the club. I don't believe he is good enough to be a regular starter for us just yet, certainly not in the Conference where he'll get kicked in the air, and it is may be in his best interests to move to a Premier League side's development squad. He will get bulked up a little and hopefully improve his crossing ability because what we saw of his end product last season left an awful lot to be desired. You can point to the fact he's only young, which is true, but any emerging wide talent has to have the ability to cross a football otherwise they cannot be considered a winger, surely?
Anyway, I wish him well whatever happens.
