Get down there ASAP. Tickets were rattling out this morning. No doubt it will be another sell out.

Do you have to be a member of the supporters club to get the tickets or are they on general sale to anyone?

Priority 1 groups today and tomorrow (i.e. season ticket holders, Helpline and Sharescheme) Priority 2 groups until Saturday (supporters club members), then general sale from Monday I think. Check the club web site for actual details

It definitely won't make general sale

All seats sold out, on the first day of sales?
It'll be a sell out before the weekend!

Ah they all come out of the woodwork don't they. I left the supporters club because I went to get a ticket for an FA ticket only to find they had all gone within minutes because they were selling them to their mates in 5's and 10's. So tore up my card there and then. The people who go to away games should get the tickets for away games, not someone who is a member of the supporters club and only goes to the one; the last one; the important one. The club has not idea on how to treat their ordinary there every week fan

The Barnsley ticket fiasco in 1999 (straight to general sale, over 4000 tickets gone in no time) and then West Brom in 2008 (only got a ticket thanks to the kindness of an exiled fan) have told me this People who have a season ticket and multiple memberships will be able to buy several Dover tickets before those who have none. The club aren't interested in rewarding fans who actually turn up week in, week out

Surely those who go every week have season tickets? If not, it's hardly the club's fault?

I think a lot of Championship clubs do some kind of loyalty card where everything from buying a season ticket, to going to an away match to spending money in the shop to having a s**t in the club toilets gets you a certain amount of points and then Priority Group 1 will be say 10,000 points, Priority Group 2 7500 etc etc.
I think the Brian Seymour Smith and the like have been asked about this before but like everything it will be for when we go to UWE.

I understand people's frustrations but how can you prove to the club that you travel away regularly? Whilst the current system is far from perfect it's really the best option whilst we are in the lower divisions.

Top and bottom of it, you aren't contributing funds to the club by supporting them away. You are at home matches, with various schemes and systems to spend your hard earned.. I think it's as simple as that.
