I'm thinking Percy's perm, which seemed bigger than he was, although The Judge's was also quite good in its way
Paul Randall's centre parting seemed to epitomise an era, as did Frankie Prince's suedehead
though it would be Boris for colour, obviously, although it didn't really inspire a song like Dis' did
any more nominations?

Carl Gilbert had a good head of hair on him back when I first watched Rovers. More recently I have to say John Jo O'Toole flowing locks were a nice change form the dreadful skinhead/razor cut look that so many footballers sport today.

Carl Saunders had a great frizzy bomb of a Barnet. Marcus Stewart and the headband was controversial. But you can't beat Gerry Francis and his badger haircut

Carl Gilbert was my favourite player when I was a youngster. Due to him having blonde hair and mine was blonde at that time (mine's rapidly turning white again now!).

Him down one wing and blond Kenny Stephens down the other. Them were the days

Carl Gilbert was my favourite player at the time too, I was gutted when he went to Rotherham for a paltry £18,000 (back in the days when transfer fees were disclosed. Yes of course 'Billy Ocean' dod have great hairstyle as well, I also quite like Jason 'psycho' Perry's hair with the bandage!
