Exactly what I thought. If anything, Oldie and myself should be the ones upset, it seems that, without me realising, we are in a homosexual relationship and are both sodomites. The wife won't be happy when she finds out! Hurl homophobic insults but don't question the past and future of the football club. This forum has changed. Sorry, you have lost me. I do not know what you are on about in regards to homophobic insults and where have I said that you are not allowed to questions the club, I stated that I did like the BoD. We had a few complaints about the thread, if there was insults then it looks like the poster has edited their own post (sorry on phone, so not easy to check).

I have now found the post and edited it. Oxon a significant proportion of posters on here are constantly on the wind up but FWIW I'm sure, if the truth be known, that we all appreciate the time and effort you Mods devote to running our forum. I think Oldie and Bamber are both more than capable of holding their own and although some threads can descend into chaos, personal insults are rarely taken too personally. UTG

I will be staying at a relatives who lives in Kent for the start of the Court case and then the Play-Off final on the Sunday.
I am expecting two good outcomes.

......BTW, don't discount the possibility that the Sainsbury's situation may not be resolved in 20 days, and even if it is, we may never find out what the exact terms of any settlement may have been. Am I allowed to say that? I think it is a strong possibility that you are right, possibly on both counts. It would not surprise me in the slightest that everyone gets to court on May 14th and the proceedings are adjourned/ prolonged for one reason or another. We know that Sainsbury's have deep pockets and plenty of stamina when it comes to legal matters and I'm pretty sure we won't back down. If a judgement is made, then that will be a matter of public record, so we should know then. If both parties agree to settle out of court, there is a strong likelihood that a condition of the settlement would be a non-disclosure agreement. Or it could be settled within a few hours. The judge and his minions will have read the onerous conditions and history and he may well have an idea for the result

Either stop insulting my intelligence or take me straight to a link where it says that Higgs is owner of MSP Capital and he doesn't want the money back, and while your at it take me to the link where Higgs says he is going to pay £8m out of his own pocket to pay off the huge losses incurred while he has rode roughshod over the 'fans' club, you can't because it won't happen so do us a favour and take your shyte elsewhere, you did the same with Dunford on the old forum and he has been paid up, walked away from the shambles and decided to write a book about it, you couldn't make it up. Anyway off out for a beer and toast to a great day today let's hope that the next two weeks get us back to where we should be despite Higgs not because of him. I hope you have some deep pockets as GD has NOT been repaid all of his loans. He is still owed far more than what he has been repaid.
Clearly you do not know the facts and your whole email is a deluded rant. Suggest you come back when you have read the recent accounts of BRFC.
If that is a threat to take me to court then bring it on, i do not have deep pockets, i have MS and no chance of earning a decent living anymore, so the very best of luck with that as m condition is progressive, what little I do have spare is put towards the club though on a percentage scale ratio higher than any of you lot ever have. Deluded rant you say? I am sick to the back teeth of seeing the club that is superbly supported by the fans being treat like a f**king circus, TAKE ME TO THE LINKS TO SHOW ME THE HUGE DEBTS ARE NOT GOING TO BE REPAID LEAVING THE CLUB IN A STABLE STATE AND I WILL RETRACT EVERYTHING I HAVE SAID, you cant because we all know this mess will be left for the fans to suffer with.

To be fair, I doubt whether anyone can take you the links to show that the huges debts ARE going to be repaid leaving the club in an UNSTABLE state either. Hey, has anyone told you, we might be going to Wembley?

Hey, has anyone told you, we might be going to Wembley? Reading between the lines a bit here but are you suggesting that the people responsible for running the club finances to where they are now will eventually take full responsibility and cover their own mistakes by refusing to be paid up? If so that goes some way to repairing the damage of 6 failed seasons under the current chairman. Would you also like to defend the ignorance of creating a plan, a vision, you know like that huge club Bournemouth did a couple of years ago, this board of directors have had since 1995 to get the food outlets working properly and can't even manage that. I don't want to even think about Wembley and another opportunity to not capture the data of fans via tickets sales and capitalise on it, basic business marketing which is very likely to be ignored yet again.

You obviously weren't in the North Enclosure on Saturday then as there was an extra food and drinks outlet provided (didn't buy any mind !)

Not only that, but some young bloke was walking around with one of those trays like what usherettes use at the cinema over his shoulder selling pasties and sausage rolls. This is it, like an unstoppable force, Rovers are on a relentless marketing drive into the 20th century.

Check back to the threads about pasties running out some months ago and both of the above were suggested.

Erm....hadn't they just invented electricity by the beginning of 20th century ? Maybe if we get the stadium built we can leapfrog into the 21st

Maybe if we get the stadium built we can leapfrog into the 21st Electricity wasn't invented, it was discovered, unless of course you are a creationist, in which case I'll politely say that I think I've left the bath running or the kettle on or something and I have to go, right now Seriously, good to see that something at least was being done to cope with a larger crowd.

If we don't get promoted & /or win the court case they may well have to retake responsibility by putting the club in Admin and losing a big slice of their "investment"? The BoD clearly had a plan and that was build the UWE, when that project was announced I don't recall many posters suggesting they were mad and they should have turned Sainsbury's offer of a contract down? As far as Bournemouth's plan wasn't that similar to the 82er's? Find somebody daft enough to invest millions into the club and then hope they get success before they get bored/walk away? Although I'm not sure how Bournemouth can survive in the Premiership with a ground capacity less than ours when we are told we can only survive long term with the income streams the UWE will generate?
