Even though they don't show in the accounts won't it be mentioned by the accountants when they produce the report for the annual shareholders meeting? I think the accounts are usually signed off in February / March and so the recent transaction with MSP Capital could be mentioned in the Chairman's statement but I don't believe it is a requirement. It would be nice to know for sure that the loans from Geoff and the bank have been repaid with a replacement loan from MSP Capital but that the directors unsecured loans remain in place and the directors continue to fund the day to day running of t I believe that the Deltavon loan of £653,912 and £138,326 personal loan from GD has been repaid as GD is no longer a Director.
The Bank Loan amounted to £944,902 has also been paid off (?), so that totals £1,737,140. These figures are as at 30/06/2013 as shown in the Company Accounts.
It will be interesting to know the value of the new loan to MSP Capital. This will not be in the new accounts for the year ending 30/06/2014 but I am sure the question will be asked by a Shareholder. The amount of the loan must be shown at Land Registry as I'm sure it is secured on The Mem.

It could have, and should have been so different. They give us the money, we build the Stadium, they sponsor a stand, they have corporate facilities in UWE we have Sainsburys on our shirt, in orange. That's what it could have been

this supermarket analysis is so interesting i might stop watching football altogether and try out various food stores every saturday and start a supermarket strategy forum,,what do you reckon? It'll give us something to do on a Saturday rather than worry about Barnet's results! When other teams fans posted stuff on the forum I can't recall them saying there's no Saturday football during most of January/February!
