PT II must find a way of improving things.Vital fixtures against teams in the relegation fight in February/March.
Tonight we were bloody awful.Pathetic. We have taken a bloody good hiding, soundly and deservedly beaten, but ,it is still only 3 points lost with our gd taking a hit.
The season is not lost.Yet.
The other day we got a nice 0 0 at Posh,we all agree a decent result.
PT II must get his message through to these players and somehow squeeze some good form out of their sorry asses.
Hopefully we can finish above 4 other clubs. The position we currently occupy.

Just watched the manager's post match interview, of course he said it wasn't good enough, but he looked and sounded flat, no anger, no emotion, I don't think he has any idea what to do with this useless squad he's been given.

Blimey!
Stanley so much quicker in thought and deed than us.
They look worthy of being challengers this time.

No Bristol Rovers team should ever lose like that to them, it's totally unacceptable. I'm sure Wael will have a statement for us bright and early in the morning, apologising and detailing what the plan is to sort this complete fiasco out.

OK - and some almost famous cricketers. 21 tests. Just looked him up. Age has not been kind. turned out to be an excellent limited overs player, has had health problems over the last few years, depression among them, seems to be quite prevalant in sportspersonel That's right, Fowler has struggled with mental health problems; Mike Brearley has helped him out. I liked him as a commentator's pundit, when he did it for Sky and TMS - focused on the technical matters. I've recently read his latest book Mind Over Batter, and will probably get his previous book Absolutely Foxed at some point. There have been 3 autobiographies I've read by former cricketers, in the past 6 months, and they are all linked in some way: Luke Sutton - Back From The Edge ... he was at Durham University when Graeme Fowler was coach there. Marcus Trescothick - Coming Back To Me ... born in Keynsham, as was Luke Sutton (although Sutton's family moved to Oman when he was 6 weeks old, and then he later boarded at Millfield School). And they are all linked in that they have suffered with depression / mental health problems.

Yes,I know we were appalling TWD,really quite pathetic. We did Stanley favours Left, right and centre. But,Stanley look good.It is possible both can be true,us crap,Stanley good. They were quick, played some good football and they look to me,to deserve their 7th position. They look a better than average 3rd tier team. WAQ will keep quiet,as we all suspect:) Anything he could say will incriminate himself,so best hush.

I just saw the goals.
We knew from the scoreline, but watching the goals you could see they had given up. It reminded me of the self destructive streak I use to have when I played a lot of tennis. I'd be losing, give up and want to get hammered. Only difference was I hadn't given up at the start of the match.
I guess most of the players making a charitable donation isn't going to happen.

Itβs doing them no favours because they are pissing their careers down the drain by downing tools. If we get relegated those players will not see league one wages for a long time, if ever. For some of them it will be the end of their professional career, cast away with barely a whimper because they wanted to get one over on the manager for calling them out after losing to Rochdale. I wish weβd scouted their attitudes not just their numbers.

Wael has to stump up some real cash to re-build this shambles of a team we have at the moment.
If we are still in L1 in the summer, or not, Mr T will have very serious work to do.
We have a squad of nearly 30 players, how many to cull is the question.

Did not understand a three man midfield, left Grant to cover the whole back four. Most of the season we have had two in that role. Nothing appeared to be done first half to change tactics.

Fans accepts lack of skill Fans don't accept lack of effort, responsibility for their actions and unprofessional attitude.
For many of those poorly recruited new players it is so very fortunate that no fans are allowed in the stadium.
Tisdale realized from day one on the job that the squad wax poorabd would struggle.
Young Ben and Tommy W made poor decisions except on Nicholson, Hanlan, Oztumer and McCormick. The last two being loan signings.
The call for PT to walk is laughable. He has only been in charge since late November. He needs to drop the majority of this team bring in others from our 43 man squad starting at Fleetwood.

I'm sure Wael will have a statement for us bright and early in the morning, apologising and detailing what the plan is to sort this complete fiasco out. The planning has to be done with the coaching staff, the senior players and initially in the Boot Room or equivalent, all players need to know the plan and their part in it, their jobs. Then the hard work starts implementing this at the amazing training ground we have. The harder work then starts on Saturday away to Joey Barton's Fleetwood (he has naming rights). I will take a better defeat if we win the next next game, a draw will be a miracle with the squad in this state of confidence. A win will show that the hard work has been done. They must get together and work together, management, coaching staff and players. To sub Oztumer but especially Hanlan shows there is trouble behind the scenes IMO, that PT is struggling to influence them to respond to him. Talk of him being unhappy with them celebrating goals due to COVID, yes but you have to score them first, everyone else does it, it's the culmination of their working week to celebrate what they trained for and they must cultivate team spirit, something at the moment they don't appear to have. That is the current manager's fault.
