Off to Luton, seems like a man not really wanted, and a "seemingly"desperate move with the recent history of the hatters

Decent defender, but seems incapable of improving his distribution.

By the end of this season, even if Luton go down, Tom would have raised his stock by another 10 Welsh caps and a 2nd Championship season under his belt. Potentially another one injury free, which people tend to forget how injured he doesn't get.
If Luton do well, he could easily make a move to the prem especially if their defence does well.
Charlton was not a good place for him as they totally cocked up last season, had everything going for them, allowed Taylor's contract to expire and he ended up not even playing for them after June.
They almost gave up on the status they had earned and were a disgrace on the pitch and behind the scenes.
Bowyer didn't appear to do a lot wrong but it seems as though his head had been turned at some point as well and didn't show the class he did as a L1 manager.
They deserved to go down, whereas Luton got their in the end and this could be a good move for for TL. There are Wycombe and Rotherham as well don't forget, there could even be City. Luton should be ok given their 2nd half of the season and siging Lockyer. Can see Barnsley struggling again.
Only a matter of time before the wheels come off at Birmingham, Derby, Sheff Wed and QPR given their money troubles, add Stoke to that list.
