Isn't that the issue though whilst we're stuck at the Mem we needed 9,000 gates under SH it raised to 15,000, unless we pull up the shutters and accept mid table L2 football we'll always lose money until we get a new ground, unless football changes dramatically post CV19. Thinking BG's going to create a P'boro like production line where we sell a player every year for Ā£m's is living in cloud cuckoo land when he couldn't even win a game last season and, if anything, JCH & Kilgores values dropped and we nearly lost Rollin to Mansfield.

Statement Bristol Rovers Supporters Club and Bristol Rovers Presidents Club are delighted to express their complete support for Mr Al-Qadi. "This proves to us that we were right to do everything we could to destabilise the club and undermine Mr Al-Qadi at every turn. We look forward to meeting in the Wellington when it re-opens to plan our next strategic master-stroke." Regards John Malyckyj Bitterness knows no boundaries

More to do with pre-war treatment of the mentally ill. (which is also pretty bad, but not any way as bad as slavery). In this day and age, I will not even attempt a tasteless joke...

Yeah and i don't mean to offend by even mentioning it but it crossed my mind, I didn't realise they was talk of changing it.
Discussing some subjects is like walking a tightrope these days

Bitterness knows no boundaries not sure who you are suggesting is bitter there. Maybe everyone? It is quite laughable really AMPG, I think the writer has an axe to grind (I think he forgot to add "Brian" to his moniker). Clearly his irony detector was switched to "off"). I am not bitter, but I am deeply sad that the SC managed to get dragged into a situation not of its' own making (well sort of). My views on this sorry tale are well documented and yet still I find myself thinking that the SC should try to emerge from this with some dignity intact given the history behind it. I have made that offer to assist on Twitter this afternoon, I am not holding my breath but somehow they need to get out of the hole they are in. My criticisms of the past twelve months remain and I am not going to duck from that. The supporters still need some sort of credible representation going forward, but the SC are now going to struggle to provide that....... Regards John Malyckyj

Regards John Malyckyj I think that, as per my post on another thread, ITB and his friends are looking to fill the gap if the SC doesn't

Regards John Malyckyj I may be wrong, but for me the responsibility for this sits with both Jim and Masters. Jim should have realised that Ken wasn't engaged with these owners and looked at why, Ken should have either worked on the relationship or stood down. How will the SC get out of this and work with an owner who says that he's going nowhere? I can't see how it can as long as Jim remains Chair, I think he's burned his bridges.

I notice they've published both the club statement and WaQ's open letter on their website. But no comment from themselves as yet. Presumably they're choosing their words carefully before going to print.

John isn't bitter and has more integrity in his little toe than the cranks who run the SC.

Bitterness knows no boundaries Oh f off. John isn't bitter and has more integrity in his little toe than the cranks who run the SC. Exactly this. I spoke to John a few weeks back, not a hint of bitterness about where the SC finds itself, just genuine sadness.

/?extid=tdFr6ERLIyWv6QGj&d=null&vh=e Good interview - and Ali Durden's smiling nearly as much as I am! I would like to hear Swiss' thoughts on all this. In fact all the people who seem to have a handle on the ins and outs of everything have been pretty non committal which has me a little edgy when I'd really like not to be. (No-one's mentioned the charge on the Mem as far as I've seen. I presume that still stands, but we're not so concerned about it now?) Re shares - how many for Ā£18.5m and does that leave any still unallocated?
