Another holy day in the Bristol Rovers calendar. I had forgotten how many chances we had and missed but the joy was amazing and I thought it would be a pivotal turning point. All that momentum just thrown away. What a day that was

Another holy day in the Bristol Rovers calendar. I had forgotten how many chances we had and missed but the joy was amazing and I thought it would be a pivotal turning point. All that momentum just thrown away. What a day that was Rovers: 35 shots in total, 16 on target. What a day, I was only there by chance. It was my daughters birthday, and was given strict instructions that spending time with her in Epping on her special day was more important than a football match. But then she said she planned to go to Paris for a long weekend to celebrate. So I got tickets for me and my son (only time I've ever been in the East Terrace, they were the only tickets left). Then my daughter's trip fell through... but as I'd already got the tickets... Cost me about 1 billion brownie points. Brownie points well spent.

I was in bliss. It ended up well as I had my phone and all else given back and the drinks flowed. 3 day hangover

Their Keeper played a blinder.Nearly thwarted our promotion single handed.Silky skills from Jake Gosling began the move for the winner.Shame he never got more involved in games.

Just for a laugh, wait until there's a white van parked outside, get a quick pic and email it to, thornberrye@parliament.uk Going back to that winning goal, we didn't know it at the time, but the cherry on the cake was that Turncoat didn't score the winner, instead he skilfully passed the ball, via the inside of the post, to Browner.
