A million ways to die in the West. A wonderfully inappropriate film. (Not one for young uns to watch with their parents).
Deadpool (both).
Airplane.

Laurel & Hardy.
Carry on.Carry on Screaming and Up The Khyber my favourites.
It's A Mad Mad Mad World.
The Steptoe films.
Inbetweeners. Many more,love comedy.
Dads Army, including the new film a couple of years ago. Nice chat thread CornwallGas.
Edit. Here's a quick Dads Army question. In the recent-ish film there were two actors from the original tv series. One played a different character from their tv series role and one actually played the same character in the film as they did in the tv series.
Name them?

Films starring John Candy or Chevy Chase. You think meh, can’t be bothered then start watching and before long you’ve watched it and thought yes, that was ok. Not memorable but they seemed to be, UTG!

Airplane is value for money given the joke count.
Naked Gun since Leslie Nielsen just oozes comic timing and expression.

I am a big laurel and hardy fan and my 2 older grand children really enjoy them as well[12 and 13 yo] although strangely they will only watch the colourised versions of their movies. In the modern era i loved the peep show.

I still cry laughing at Laurel and Hardy The Silent Comedy evening of the Slapstick festival is always sold out, and the good thing is that there are always plenty of youngsters in the audience, and they don't start fiddling with phones 2 mins into a Buster Keaton film.

I watched Porky's in Paris with a bunch of English-speaking friends. We were 19 and found it hilarious. It seemed even funnier as we laughed at the jokes a second or two before the locals, who were reading the subtitles and then joining in
