What's the best ground you've been to? Doesn't have to be Rovers related, just as a general visit? I've gone for my top five because I'm a sucker for this rubbish.
1. La Bombonera - Boca Juniors 2. Mestalla - Valencia 3. Maracanã - Flamengo/Fuminese 4. San Siro - Milan/Internazionale 5. The Oval - Glentoran

1.Eastville. 2.Twerters. 3.Mem. 4.Wembley. 5.Lords.
I couldn't bring myself to say Ashton in 1980 & 1987/8 when we borrowed their stadium for a few games.

I know we've had our differences in the past Father... but that's a very low blow. Pampered plastic fans in their all-seater, atmosphere-free sterile bowl. For hertha read the sh*t. For Union read the Gas.

Villa Park.. Ibrox, Eastvillle, White Hart Lane[old] Old Wembley,[[new one should never have been built as a national stadium where it is , should be more central to England ,not on some industrial park

For Union read the Gas. It was just that Hertha were at home during the weekend I was in Berlin. Was very impressed by Allianz Arena in Munich but that was on a stadium tour so I can’t count it. We did got to the 1860 shop rather than Bayern though.

Stamford Bridge?
What in God's name is remotely good or interesting about that?
It was horrible before being rebuilt, now has no character or atmosphere, they are just the play thing of some Russian, and he seems to have lost interest, and some of the most vile supporters you'll find anywhere.

Oddly left me feeling quite apathetic, I'm glad I've done it but isn't really much different to La Rosaleda as an example. That said for sheer size it is impressive.

Pretty sure Mike supports Chelsea. I like Rovers, but the Mem is still a disgrace and an embarrassment. Wanting a club to do well in no way speaks to the quality or character of their stadium. But at least that explains why he's so quick to suggest violence as a means to resolve differences of opinion, he'll fit right in at Chelsea.
