Let me start by thanking croscombegas for stepping into the breach. His assistance has been invaluable.
Unfortunately on 29 January I suffered a heart attack and since then I have been a guest of the NHS in Weston hospital. I am awaiting an angiogram to determine what needs to be done.
I have been told that I am on top of the list for the procedure and every day when the list for the next day is published, surprise surprise my name is not there.
If you have been hearing loud arguments from this neck of the woods, that will have been me tearing the doctors a new one.
As soon as I am out I will try to update the tables quickly.
