Can't say I'm feeling too confident about this one given we're three games without a win. It's a sad indictment on where we're at as a club that Rochdale (with all due respect) are favourites for this game. I'd be happy with a draw and a boring 0-0 will do! COYB!!!

They're favourite because we usually get sod all from Spotlands..
I really like this away fixture, away fans situated on the side, the Cemetery pub is a lovely real ale place, beer cheap, a Ricky Lambert mutual love in with friendly fans and passionate about their club....wonder what they really think about the Bury escapade?
I've been there a few times and the weather always seems to be atrocious!
They historically are living the dream and have been for a few years ago just to stay in 3rd tier football....and sustain it with help from us because they always seem to take more points from us, than we do them.
I'll plump for a 1-1 draw. Rodman. More Gas than the sh*t took to Barnsley last night..
But....we really should be looking for a win against this type of opposition. No disrespect because I like Rochdale but they're not going anywhere but down eventually....we should be distinguishing ourselves from them as we were 4th a month ago and really should have been 2nd if not conceded late v Gillingham.

Refereed there early season in the early 80's and in those days bottom 4 clubs in Div 4 had to apply for re-election.Rochdale had applied so many times they didn't think they stood a chance again but against all the odds they did.An elderly lady asked me for my expenses and asked not to report her if she wasn't up to the job adding,'We honestly didn't expect to get back in again but when we did they asked me to take on being secretary and i'm loving it'.Also recall their match day programme was a duplicated effort, not the normal glossy affair. Peter Madden was manager and later replaced by Jimmy Greenhoff.

One of the great away trips is Rochdale. Proper football club, proper fans, friendly locals and a top night out.
A draw I reckon. 2 all.

Asking for a boring nil nil all the way from sunny NZ is all well, those of us heading to a cold rainy Spotlands have a right to ask for something a bit better, so I'd like a hard fought 0 2, though I'm probably unlikely to get it

Last four visits to Spotland Rovers have failed to score and just one win there in our last twelve visits. Time to change that today.

Are we 4-4-1-1 or 4-5-1?
Only one recognised striker....(well nothing unusual there when TN plays).

And Deon Moore still not in squad! Little, Kelly & Sercombe back in starting line up...Davies out injured. Victor up front on his own.

Why give him a contract in the summer?

Why give him a contract in the summer? Think there may be "issues" behind the scenes regarding Moore since he signed. Interview this week, GC alluded to what Deon needs to do to involve himself.. If true, surely the team and squad can do with a mix around and including TN is just cruel on anyone travelling that wants to see us score..
