Little and Holmes-Dennis would make a big difference to this team...both would be cracking wing backs in this division. Add a creative midfielder and we're not a bad side Agreed both Little and Holmes-Dennis are classy players and hopefully when fit will make a real contribution. Hare mind with just a mere handful of football League appearances under his belt has down very well. Leahy has struggled in my opinion and HD would replace him when fit.

No leader on the pitch little movement we still look like a team of strangers. We cry out for width and pace yet Rodman once again never set foot on our fantastic playing service. Overall we struggled to overcome nine men. JCH still to get match fitness but took his goal well. Wow, I cannot believe anyone would fail to see we were by some distance the better side last night. For some reason we did go a bit cautious after the red cards, but we really didn't give them a sniff. Did they test our keeper at all? I won't be getting too carried away as I think Tranmere may be one of the poorer teams in the league, but we definitely deserved the win.

Great isn't it, we were garbage after Wycombe, now, after struggling past 9 Men we are a couple of players away from being a decent outfit.
Lose on Saturday and we'll be bound for the 8th tier and certain bankruptcy.
Rex. You were probably wiping tear from your eye looking at Tierney in a Gooners' shirt when they missed a sitter last night at 1-0. Yes, they troubled us, with 9 blokes against 11.

I take issue with Steve comments on Ollie.
He tries hard.
Apparently that's good enough defence for most in the criticism of Nichols...
But, I jest. Last season he was voted player of the season. This is by his piers. He has that accolade before. So that shows an element of consistency.
He was also second top goalscorer last season. Ok, in a poor scoring season.
I think the subject of consistency is valid....this season so far, Ollie's form has been debatable, but let's be honest the 3rd division is littered with inconsistent form players.....if they were more consistent, they'd be a division higher at least!

Yeah you don't become a bad player overnight. TN tries but as we saw the other night, Smith tries a bit harder and is hungrier
