Hamer set to leave and thinks that we are going down. Starnes running the show on behalf of DS. Sercombe off to Pompey. DS and mates don't even circulate. At least 40% cut in budget next season, which will inevitably see the end of the Development Squad. All gleaned from Box 1 today. Broken club on and off the pitch. Club in crisis and I will never forgive them for not investing in the team directly after the 2nd promotion

Oh well, it was too much to hope there had been an increase in intelligent posting on this forum, I shall try and get up to speed and into gear but in response to s couple of comments from this topic, Cwmbran is a very nice place to live and Mr Flynn has done very well out of our or his interest in our previous manager's vacancy having grabbed himself a £25,000 a year salary increase from £60,000 TO £85,000. By the way that's not me being 'in the know' , it's fact ! UTG ! Howdy Mr. Long time. How’s tricks with you fella ?

Stoke fans going ballistic up here after losing at home last night to Shrewsbury. Moaning about the same stuff as us. Poor recruitment, lack of investment, unambitious board etc. The new manager has only been there for a week but crowds well down. Think we all want the best for our club but Stoke is a very poor area and yet they have a great stadium and superb training facilities. Suspect fans everywhere are little different and moaning is part of the equation. You are using a club that we just cannot compare with, on any level. Their history is very good too. I remember us playing them and me having to stay at home. I remember reading the green un and it talked of the large amount that had to stand close to the pitch. I think, if I remember correctly, wevlost 2-4. I was gutted I was not allowed to go

We are the Gas. You'll never get rid of the Gas. We will be ok. Our strength has always been in adversity, and we've been through worse. In other words, don't panic, keep calm, carry on supporting and work together. UptheGas I’m pretty sure no other of our owners or chairmen, put charges against us. I think we are in a potentially toxic situation and I genuinely fear for our very existence. I truly can’t believe a contract of 2.5 years was given, on the back of 5 games. It’s simply bizarre but I’m getting used to bizarre being the norm

Hamer set to leave and thinks that we are going down. Surely self-evident from the moment Starnes was employed? Why do we continue to pay this buffoon? At least we can agree on the second bit.Starnes running the show on behalf of DS. See above. Mute Martyn replaces Crazy Steve.Sercombe off to Pompey. My Jan window wish list was to keep our assets. Which is only Sercs & Locks. Sounds like one down, one to go. DS and mates don't even circulate. No surprise. At least 40% cut in budget next season, which will inevitably see the end of the Development Squad. IMHO the ONLY material thing that Dwane Sports have succeeded in is the success of the development squad. Without this even Vertigo will be clutching at straws. All gleaned from Box 1 today. Broken club on and off the pitch. No sh*t Shylock.

Yes, all my worst fears confirmed by my Wycombe mole in Box 1. He was disappointed that he could not speak to DS reps directly, but he did well with the material available.
There is no future Stadium either, but we know that.
The food in Box 1 wasn't great either.
Funny..tragic..take your pick.

Could you be a bit more specific about the stadium talk from the 'Wycombe Mole' ( )? The mental image I have is of a group of fat cats in their luxury box eating caviar and openly taking the piss that the proles on the terraces think they are working hard to find land and secure investment for a stadium when actually they have no intention at all apart from knocking out a carefully worded missive now and then about how "we thought we had somewhere lined up but now we don't, can't tell you anymore because confidentiality xoxo" I think our fans, especially the ones on AssChat, are far too gullible when it comes to the powers that be. I can't help but think they are taking the piss out of us and have been for some time.

A club like ours will never be stable enough to justify a development squad. If we get relegated it almost certainly has to go, while we tread water in league one it is an inadvisable cost...it's only the likes of Charlton and co with decent crowds who will likely never be in danger of relegation who can afford such tivialities.

So all of these "facts" were snippets of gossip from someone who might have a tenuous link to WWFC? That's ok then. Just as well as your source is as reliable as the one who told Mike that Flynn would be manager.

Starnes running the show on behalf of DS. ( he thinks he is) Sercombe off to Pompey. ( He is injured)

( Fake news ) Broken club on and off the pitch. ( says who? what are your credentials? ) PS. Why should anyone believe anything a so called 'mole from Wycombe' says??

I don't think it matters if it was from Wycombe or ashton gate what Vaughan wrote is apparent to the majority of fans and has been for a while the owners are going through the motions, one thing I did notice on Saturday was the absence of vehicles by the turnstiles for the west stand/enclosure.Just 2 were there a few years ago there were at least 6

Would you care to give us an update (preferably an ecclesiastical date - that'll keep Father Jack Hackett happy) when simply everything will be tickety-boo? Looking forward to it. UTG.

Christmas in the year that the training ground gets built I expect.

Just as well as your source is as reliable as the one who told Mike that Flynn would be manager. Michael decision now appears to have be purely a financial decision it is far cheaper to keep the lucky Irishman on a two year deal especially as comp for DC still under consideration than bring in an experienced manager.
As I said in my original post don't shoot the messenger and as you failed to keep private as I requested how could we EVER trust you again. You are a ***t and you know you are.
