Told you it would be posted on here. Get over yourself Mike. You are a real s***
Many of us have been saying this about Faustus in private messages for years. I'm not sure putting it on a public forum is very good form though.

.... Knowing this, Mike sent it to be posted, 'pubically', on here.... Posting pubically sounds disgusting. Do you sprinkle some around the words? As a pedantic aside, neither “publically” nor “pubically” are correct. The adverb is “publicly” You’re splitting hairs.

Am I the only person, apart from Mike, who thinks it's poor form to share the content of a personal message? Sure, Mike was being daft, wanting attention, it appeared that he was offering to send details to anybody who asked for them, but the message was a personal message, and it was signed off with a polite request not to spread the content publicly. Told you Barnet were good.

Mike, nothing to apologise for and your cryptic post won't change my mind.

Does Mike get mad when he goes to the shops, gives them money, and they let him take goods home, as promised and advertised?

Let me give you a quick lesson Mike. In my professional life, I have had "DV" clearance that has given me access to secret or very sensitive information. Outside of the people that I work with, I tell no one what information I work with. Not a single soul. I don't drop hints about what I know, I don't invite people to PM me so I can share it to prove my knowledge. I would not even talk to colleagues in a place where we could be overheard. The fact that you wanted to tell people as you thought it would "Restore your credibility" speaks volumes about the sort of person you are. ("If I am indeed correct Epping and Padstow already know the possible change at the Club and I will have my credibility restored. As I said I am only the messenger after all.") If you learn something in confidence it goes nowhere. Absolutely nowhere. No grandstanding, no bragging, no trying to give yourself a sense of grandeur from being part of an inner circle. You tell no one, it's that simple. You are not to be trusted. Anybody connected to the club would be an absolute fool to ever share information with you again. In response to Bamber above. If I were to ever tell somebody a secret and then find that they were the source of a leak, who would I blame? Myself. Nobody else. You cannot reveal secrets to people with the caveat of "Keep it off the forum" and expect it to remain a secret. Principled and succinctly executed.

Here we go again, more veiled threats. I work hard to be the hardest character to like on this forum Mike, but you set the bar high.

Jeese... this topic has degenerated into school ground name calling. I would expect more from grown men.
HB, I don't know you personally although I have always enjoyed your Rovers books. However, your behaviour on this forum recently has, in my eyes, seriously dented your reputation.
The mods have received a request to lock this thread, we are considering it.

Please don't lock it. Let's just agree not to so embarrass ourselves. And get back to the topic. We're here to stay and push forward An increasing number don't want them to stay. Whatever does 'push forward' mean? I was at our new year's day game vs Burton. How do they plan to 'push forward' now the Memorial Ground has run out of room for more tents? Or do they mean in a footballing sense. Presumably to eighteenth place?
