Due to the total incompetence of the administrator the first round draw was a total stuff up. As you can see this resulted in only 12 ties in the second round. To enable 8 ties in the third round, four lucky losers from the second round will be randomly drawn to progress to the third round. Should RiversGas and or PineGas lose in the second round, they will not participate in the Lucky Loser draw.
