With Coventry having won their last two and the Gas having just one win in six, the form book suggests an away win but.... this is football and despite my loathing of the Carabao Cup competition, the win in the week must help boost the players confidence. A win today and we can reignite our season. 2-1 Win Rovers! UTG

A win today and we can reignite our season. 2-1 Win Rovers! UTG It depends whether the same players will feature again for the confidence boost. Imagine getting your chance to perform, playing a blinder, maybe even scoring....then not featuring the next match (of more importance) because of impotent 1/54 goalscorer? (I mean, really!?!) It's a way to knock confidence. So, I think confidence is a very relative concept.. Wonder what DC will do (š)? For no other reason than a wing and a prayer, I am quietly optimistic today. Rain at home makes me feel comfortable. A point to prove with regards to blokeioko whom chose not to sign for us. Stop Chaplin and make him look like a right Charlie. Gas 2-0. 8181. Lines and Clarke. COME ON YOU (PROPER COLOURED) BLUES!

Ya hearing it here before kick off, I reckon we have turned a corner. The coming weeks will be better for us on the pitch. It āfeelsā set up for us to play well and win today.

Honestly after watching the team on Tuesday I don't see how Clarke can justify starting Nichols over jakubiak honestly puzzles me.

Reilly and Clarke excellent. The Beard full of niggly energy. Decent game ok opposition great 3 points. Oh yeah having a decent keeper makes a difference. He is good and this helps the whole defensive half.

Two home wins in a week we are on a role. Bonham, Lockyer, Clarke O, Sinclair, Kelly and Reilly were immense today. Only disappointments were Payne and Nichols.

Strange game. Could have been two or three down in five minutes and then three up in 24. Bonham has been superb. Defence looked all at see in the opening stages but settled down as the game went on. Clarke and Sinclair were outstanding first half in particular. Nicholls does not look like he will ever score and is far too lightweight. Payne looks very slow, canāt jump or hold the ball up. Very poor.
