With the future of the UWE uncertain,I am reminded of the occassions both Macclesfield and Kidderminster won the Conference but didn't get in as their Grounds weren't up to standard .Maybe we shouldn't neglect the MEM !

When Macclesfield won the Conference they were refused permission to join the FL even though Chester played their FL games at Moss Rose whilst their DEVA Stadium was being built.It is a fact that no FL club will lose its status due to poor facilities but it is also a fact that a ground once deemed suitable will not be automatically considered suitable in the future .Best to consider this now rather than next May when we win the Conference!

The chance of the world no longer rotating is pretty slim I reckon.

The mem is still better than some of the grounds some of the teams have come up with. If we go up it will not be a problem.

Since when was the uwe in doubt ? Er, when we became non league? Arn't sainsburys' contractually obligated to buy ? What league were in is irrelevant . It just seams to me that because sainsburys, rovers and the uwe are legally allowed to say nothing, the doom mongers have sunk there claws in and added there own spin on things. The truth is theses things take time and until a official announcement is made people need to show some patients .

I always thought the minimum required for promotion to the football league is 2000 seats & 4000 terrace spaces? Having already got this amount and more what's the problem?

What happened to the little seating enclosure we had next to the west a couple of years ago? The Guiness stand? Thought we had to satisfy season tickets holders who couldnt sit in another part of the ground? Or I could be completely wrong!

What happened to the little seating enclosure we had next to the west a couple of years ago? They removed it due to cost. I had an ST in there and was somewhat peed off because it was a really good position to watch the game, moved us back to the South Stand Tent after that. Great... {groan}

It was put up during Lansdown's rugby team's short lived duration back in the Premiership, if my memory serves me correctly?
