0-0.
We have to take the positives. A clean sheet away, brilliant, especially as a forced change in defence.
Well done, defensive display.
Maybe on another day, we might've nicked a winner, but for now if we can carry on restricting teams with a great rearguard display, I think that's a great platform for next years' difficult first few matches.
Keep up the good work!

Thanks harry. Perhaps our first draw of the season. That would suit me. Safe travelling to all who go. UTG! Well called and no goals conceded. I never though I’d be so happy at a draw

We did ok, either team could have nicked it. Happy with a well fought point.

At last frozen to the marrow but didn't lose. 2 great chances fell to Sercombe and nicholls think if they had fallen to Ellis or Billy we would have won. Still mustn't complain at least the heater in the car works well should thaw out soon. Professional performance and ollie looks on his way back

Professional performance and ollie looks on his way back Bit unfair on Nichols, he had to let the ball go past him and by the time it had dropped the keeper had closed down the angle to the extent it was difficult to score. Sercombe took a touch too many. Gaffney was very unfortunate with the 35 yard snap shot at the end. Nichols in the second half did well, Smith was superb, Bodin anonymous.

Probably right but neither are natural goalscorers whereas Billy and Ellis are. I know it is harsh but we need to get points on the board as soon as possible.don't want to be on 40 points with 10 games to go

With our recent form and the fact Walsall is not a happy stomping ground for us.... 0-0 ain't bad. Let's hope we can kick on from here as relegation (given the other lot's upturn in fortunes) is unthinkable. UTG

Let's hope we can kick on from here as relegation (given the other lot's upturn in fortunes) is unthinkable. Totally unthinkable. I can never be bothered to hate the other lot. In fact I wish them well, as long as they remain one place below us. But I've watched too many fourth division matches already. Rovers relegated to the fourth again as 1982 vie for promotion to the first? This would be crushing. They've already got all the money and facilities. I don't like the look of the table still. I would have taken tenth again at the start of the season. I'd bite your hand off for twelfth right now. Well done Gas, a great number of you turned up in Walsall today. Up the gas.
