Looks like everybody was up for this match after recent results apart from the team. Make no bones about it we were playing a team with absolutely no home form whatsoever having won one home match all season. Yet another low point created by whom who knows who cares anymore, just feel sorry for those that travelled not many who probably knew the inevitable before they even left Bristol.

I fancy Rovers to win today.Southend did have a couple of decent chances, but we created so much and generally speaking look so much better at the back. Gills 0 Rovers 2. You all get over excited. This was a nailed on tough game. I’ve not read the thread past your post but if I could bet sensibly I’d have had us down to lose. Many underestimate the goings on at the club and maybe why me and other postets prefer to live on past things

I always read your posts with interest as you have provided some interesting points even when everyone has been going nuts and you obviously DO have your contacts. I’ve learned to thoroughly research what I am able before I post now and from the stuff I am told then I would be daft to just dismiss it and especially when it comes from experienced and relevant people. My own take on things is that WAQ has got in deeper than he even believed and now really doesn’t know what to say let alone do. After so many years of support, of course it bothers me and how those who have been going much longer than me must feel must be horrible. With all the goodwill in the world, you cannot make a team perform consistently above it weight and what we have maybe grown to expect is to overachieve. You only have to look at DC in interview and he has that look of a man who is saying how do you expect me to do my job when you are not doing yours and he’s been fairly outspoken too. We habe some of the best fans in the country and they deserve better. I will leave it at that. January will be interesting to say the least

Today we could have been 1 up in the first minute but we fluffed it and then Partington made an awful error to concede the penalty. The confidence just seemed to evaporate thereafter. As far as the doom and gloom off the pitch is concerned, if someone knows a fact, state it. If not it's just tedious peddling of innuendo.

This result was piss poor and will probably confirm bodins exit from the club that's how important this result was. And who can f**kin blame him who wants to play for a team with the nickname jekyll and Hyde !

This away day hoodoo is real, the question is what's causing it? An unchanged team, one that performed exceptionally well last time out gets tonked. That suggests maybe the players frame of mind or attitude to playing away but the problem has been going on too long for too many seasons, that suggests the manager.
Darryll really needs to sort this out or the clubs fortunes and his managerial career will be severely limited.
After a brief period of optimism it looks like we'll be back to doom and gloom until at least..... the next game.

We are a below average league 1 team along with gillingham, plymouth and others. The good news is thats better than at almost any time this century. The ambition is to stay up or maybe better and next season if we do stay up the ambition will be to stay up and maybe better. There is no money and no prospect of a better ground for a long time if ever. So lets celebrate the fact that were not in our modern natural division ie league 2.

That was a sh*t performance. We looked OK For the first 20 minutes though. Partington ridiculous lunge for the penalty and heads dropped immediately. They pressed us for the full 90 minutes and thoroughly deserved their victory. Gillingham. What a sh*thole.

Not as bad as Oldham.that really is the pits of a town but they have, like most,a lovely stadium.

40 goals conceded now in the league. Only Forest Green Rovers and Bolton, both bottom, have conceded more (42, 41) Shocking.....on the other hand as well the mighty gas and nottm forest have no draws at all, but Eastleigh have 11 draws....funny old game footie.

We're not a bad side but our reaction to going behind away from home is piss weak. There's a glaring hole in our side when it comes to leaders. We've let experienced campaigners in Mildenhall, Mansell, McChrystal and Easter go and haven't replaced them at all? I'm not to worried about getting recruitment in positions but God, we need leaders.

Hasn't Swiss put forward enough evidence of what's happening off the field to get you even a little bit worried? Oh, then there was that stadium thing....

He's quoted directly from company accounts. That's how we found out about the interest being charged. He also unearthed the charge on the stadium.
